Andre was the only person that she genuinely liked. Jade didn’t have anything bad to say about him, he was talented and he was a chill guy. She needed someone who was that calm around her. She was an insecure person, and Andre would help her out with that and help her open up more too

@@eph_loves_80s74 If you wanna call Andre flaws remember that other characters also did shady stuff like Tori taking advantage of people, Robbie & his perverted puppet which was controlled by him, Jade taking Tori blood, Trina & her giant ego, the members bullying robbie or sinjin etc...Andre outburst is the least concerning to me, it wasn't a constant thing that why people don't attach it when describing him generally.
His outburst still isn't as dangerous as Jade who once threatened to kill him & Tori with a toilet paper 😄.

I always liked Jade, but I don't think her and Beck should be together in the end. But I honestly wanted Andre and Jade's story to go on for longer. And honestly an animated adaption of a lot of shows could be a cool experience
Idk beck and jade just felt a little toxic too me maybe if the show was rebooted or had a finale they could give some in sight on it. but it think andre and jade would be interesting to explore but that's just imo.

Honestly, the fact that they actually go out for dinner together (even just as friends) in the Hambone King episode speaks a lot about their relationship to me. It shows that they're really comfortable with each other presence, enough to Jade even ask to share a dish

Jade actually had respect for Andre! That’s why she didn’t mention him. I think Jade recognized and respective anyone with true raw talent.
Even if Jade and Andre wouldn’t have been endgame, this could’ve made for Beck to become jealous. The same way Jade gets and for him to realize that he can’t use the excuse of Jade getting mad over every little thing anymore. This could’ve been good for Beck and Jade’s relationship since Beck could start holding himself accountable
Literally I found it weird that Beck never got jealous of Jade. Also to me it’s unbelievable that no one would have fallen for Jade or looked past her tough exterior like Beck did.
Actually beck saying Jade gets mad about every little thing isn't really an excuse, she does get mad over little thing, but it's probably cause she was insecure & Andre would have helped her a lot in that area.

As soon as I saw the title of this video I instantly said: "YES- THANK YOU!" Then immediately realized I got super invested in one of my favorite non canon ships (other than maybe Chad and Ryan from HSM I mean). I've shipped them since the episode Andre first had a crush on her, if they'd went on with that storyline who knows what could've happened? Think of the betrayal to Beck? The shifting dynamic between the friend group. Not to mention how Jade might've reacted at finding out. Alright time to actually watch the video now! Haha.

@@Sonicmeister1 A couple doesn't need to be married to be cute, besides they were in high school. Nothing was more serious than a long term relationship in those movies. (No one wanted Jade and Andre to get married either). I just liked how they played off of each other, their chemistry eclipsed Troy and Gabriella by a landslide for me and still does. All this without even being an official couple.

Plus they're literally texting in like every other episode lol. And the mom even tells Tori to not tell her dad, to which again Tori is confused.

I think Jade and Tori could’ve worked tbh. When Jade let’s her guard down she’s sweet and she often goes to Tori when she needs help. This could open the door for her having a soft spot for Tori if they got closer. But I do still really like the idea of Jade and Andre.

@@JulietteVeronica1201 I personally disagree jade and tori had way to much bad blood on their history and their friendship for them to make a good couple lets not forget did horrible things to tori. Jade never had a bad history with andre and even saw him as a friend their relationship would had been much more healthier and mostly non toxic.
The main reason it didn't happen is Dan Schneider, there's a good video made by Hariyanna Hook where she explains the black characters in Icarly are always negative black stereotypes. She's even made some videos about other black characters in Dan's shows. It's obvious Dan had something against black people or didn't really know how to write them because there was either little good black representation or the black characters that were there, barely had any character arcs or development like their white counterparts. Also considering Dan's creepy obsession with the female actresses in his shows, it would also be a reason why some characters didn't have boyfriends for long or something.
i think its the same with hollywood producers in general. a black person is always just there. granted andre was an important and main character. but he never had a consistent love interest like the others did. u can argue tori didnt either but she is the main character so its normal she'll date different guys for plot reasons and then she also had sexual tension with beck. i wouldnt say hes racist. but just that they are never really there othr than one time characters.
The thing is, I'm pretty sure Tori kissed all of the male MCs at some point EXCEPT Andre. Sooooo, idk what that says.
I think he did good with Andre though. His character was well-developed and had a major role in the series, unlike Beck and Cat. I think we can all agree that he is the most loved character of Victorious. The series did establish that Andre wasn't unpopular with girls, unlike Robbie or Sinjin, although it ended quite abruptly and we didn't get to see him find love. In a way, it's also a good thing that Victorious isn't too focused on romantic love. Rather, it shed light on the characters' talents, complicated family, friendships, and mental issues. Andre is crazy talented and he just shined so bright. I wouldn't say he's an under-used character and he is far from a negative portrayal. Jade and Andre didn't happen because Beck's seriously the ONLY guy who isn't afraid of her and can calm her down. How many times have you seen Andre and Tori running away from Jade? Also Andre isn't the type to date his best friend's ex girlfriend.

André is that type of guy who'll listen to your problems, rants etc and Jade needs someone who she can talk to and she needs a guy who'll listen and that guy is André
Andre appears to be everyone’s friend. In “Car, Rain and Fire” Trina spreads a rumor that Beck asked her out. Beck, Andre and Robbie concoct a plan to put Trina in her place. Part of this plan involves Beck tricking Trina into thinking that he likes her, which he actually doesn’t. When Andre also feigns interest in Trina, it is obvious by Trina’s reaction that Trina does not have a romantic interest in Andre, because she likes Beck, but she at least considers Andre her friend; not like the way she feels about Robbie. Andre’s relationship with Cat is interesting. He is constantly both confused and fascinated by her behavior. Andre and Tori are two of the best friends in the show. They are each other's confidants, as shown in Jade Gets Crushed.
Hailey And Tara didn’t like Andre. Neither did Helen, nor Hope Quincy after a while

Children know man … on a deep spiritual level that they’re not supposed to be born into abuse and neglect. Whenever Jade hops on the Slap and posts her cry-for-help rants about how horrible her home life has been. She’s always talking about her father! it’s clear that the lack of a relationship with him is the largest contributing factor to her trauma. In the modern world a lot of people try downplay the importance of strong and loving Men in the household but If we just pay attention to our generation around us(I’m 20) we can see just how broken a lot of these people are without the relationships that was owed to them!
They should have been endgame, I was just talking about this to my discord group yesterday. I think Jandre could have replicated what Quogan did, get the girl out of the relationship and put her in a healthy one where they actually communicate, show that her jealousy came from the insecurities that relationship gave her and that she can actually be a good girlfriend with the right guy. The most unlikely couple turned out to be the best. Plus, Jandre's chemistry was insane, they could've easily been the best couple on the show. I used to love Bade, but now that I'm an adult I realize they were better off without each other.
The episode where Andre falls for Jade is without a doubt my favorite and I like to think he lied when he said he was over her. I like to think some time after the finale, maybe a few years even, they gave it a try and became a couple. That video of them nearly kissing was probably bait, but I'll still take it as proof Jade would reciprocate, since she is the one initiating the kiss.

I actually WANTED Andre and Jade to date after Beck and Jade broke up. I also wanted Tori to date just ONE person, preferably Beck. Alas, she didn't. But Andre could have worked WONDERS on Jade, and Beck could stop being a doormat if he dated Tori. I love Beck, but Beck was honestly just not a good guy for Jade. He rarely stood up for himself and letting Jade go was the most admirable thing he did in that relationship. I was so mad when he went to get her back. I want more! It was honestly super entertaining.

You should make an analysis video of Beck and Tori's relationship and why Tori and Beck should have ended up together.
Its clear as day we need a victorious revival series man this is the one series from Nick that’d flourish with an older cast. Andre and Jade is a pair that never got enough screentime together out of the 6 man group they’re the least explored dynamic.

Nice singing intro, Jayniac Jr., and an animated version of Victorious sounds great. Andre was my favorite character in the series, funny and masculine in the right ways.
Jade deserved that sass from Beck. He was the only one able to deal with her. Tori and Cat kinda could too but those weren't romantic relationships. Tori and Jade built up a dynamic. Cat and Jade just seemed like really close friends, reflecting them in real life.

Andre's crush was just that, a crush in one episode explored within like 3-5 days in universe and quickly forgotten about when he was asked to hang with another girl. Had this been subtly introduced in earlier episodes or a previous season with Andre defending Jade's action and she's helping him as much as Tori was, and that caused one of them to fall for the other, then maybe they would be right for each other. In Andre's Horrible Girl, he actually dated someone who was Jade-like in Hope Quincy and that was only to get the attention of her father. Also, Hope was jealous of Tori. Sound Familiar? The difference between Hope and Jade was Hope gave Andre gifts. However, I'm on team Tandre. Plus I doubt Andre would do that with Beck. Also, Jade hugged Andre on the Christmas show.
I love their dynamic but there's no way this could have worked. Andre is afraid of Jade. He would probably pee his pants trying to tell her off. Also, he is Beck's best friend. There's no way he would get together with Jade even if they both break up. That's messed up. I do love the pair though.

Ok I genuinely see them as a couple now. Jade never had beef of any kind with Andre. He was the only one she was actually chill with, and even allowed him to touch her. This storyline wouldve been so great at the end when jade and beck officially ended things, this storyline was just at a cliffhanger for us -_- but if thei storyline happen this show wouldve turned to a kid friendly euphoria no cap

There's a probably tons of reason why they should have been together, but I doubt the network and studios would have allowed an interracial couple to exist on that show. America has always been overly obsessed with race. I really hope I'm wrong and the writers were just lazy, incompetent because nothing's more stupid on this planet than racism. Andre and Jade would have been the best couple on the show, he would respect her and make her feel heard and in turn she would open her heart towards him and work on her aggression. If done right there relationship would have been very complex, genuine, and felt like both of them were putting forth real effort.

@@jaycrews3707 I said im not to sure as in been awhile since I've seen the series so based on very limited memory, also saw what was on TV so probably didnt see everything. From what I recall Jade and Andre didnt interact much and outside of that one episode where he liked seemed came out of no where. Sure he would be more open to speak to Jade like Beck but still seem too much like opposites. Maybe because worrird they might end up like Sam and Freddy which was fine for 1 episode tho more they did it worse they seemed. Tho that can be chalked yo how they executed it Im not saying i would be against it, and the more I think it might work. Maybe its something I need to see, like getting a sample. Like them going on a fake date or what if story. Just something before a real one. Sorry i might be not as good in explaining, just a feeling and my thought on it.

They would only work out if they were willing to change & help each other, Jade let's him help her insecurity & she becomes better, Andre let's her teach him to stand up for himself & makes times for himself instead of always letting others use him.
