    I bought some yesterday and tomorrow morning will be DAY ONE - My coffee is Army Strong, and my body has become so adaptive to it now, that I get little to no effects from the caffeine in it. It's time to make a switch.

    Hi Dr Berg. I love your videos and have learn so much. This is concerning Macha tea, why do I have a stomach ache every time I drink this. The same thing happens when I have some green powdered form of greens. I love fresh greens when I make a smoothie but I can’t seem to tolerate powdered greens. Amy idea?

    Dear Doctor,
    My daughter is on high dose Coumadin for hypercoagulable blood from Lupus.
    She must not eat green vegetables because it probably thins the blood and may thin it too much.
    Do you think she is allowed to drink matcha tea?
    Thanks in advance for the answer (even though the video is already 4 years old)

    Hello Dr. Berg! should i avoid matcha tea powder while i am fasting? do the calories in the powder have a negligible metabolic effect... or will it break a fast? Thanks for the videos, i enjoy the presentation as much as the content!

    • @bighands69

      Carbohydrates matcha are extremely small. 10 cups of matcha day would get you to about 2 or 3g of Carbohydrates.
      One cup is hardly going to break the bank but if you are concerned get a blood sugar level test.

    • @Drberg
      @Drberg  Год назад

      It won't break your fast.

    Thank you Dr Berg. So grateful for all your advice ☺

    Adding chicory may be beneficial cause it helps strengthen gut flora as it has inulin But it’s not considered damp like bananas that also have inulin too but are damp .Dr Berg can ya do a video on beneficial ways to strengthen gut flora and how there are two sides of the line on one is damp foods like fig and banana and on the other side of the line are foods like chicory that aren’t damp and build gut flora . This world seems to be split by polarity , our vitamins are d or l , like r and s in stereo chemistry , our environment too is day or night , sexes are male and or female , and so I noticed the same thing while looking into gut flora builder foods that are split as well , where chicory is on one side w
