At first site it’s hard not to see the huge blower sticking out of the hood looking at you with eye balls. It has been named “The Kraken” for good reasons that’s for sure. This beast is powered by a 468 big block that is running 7:1 compression and is on pump gas. The motor has a Isky Roller cam, Edelbrock Performer Heads, Crower S/S roller rockers, Weiand 8-71 Blower, Dual Quickfuel 750 carbs, BDS adjustable fuel rails, Miezer electric water pump, and a 7 quart oil pan. The motor is backed by a Turbo 400 that was built by Don Stanley and is bullet proof and more than capable of handling this motor. The car is a back half car with a Ford 9 inch nodular rear end with 3.73 gears. It is painted Black with a mural of the Kraken painted on the trunk lid. The interior is black with black leather bucket seats and a custom center counsel that houses a Alpine CD player.
