If you have been listening to various discussions, you will know that that is when the right players become available. We have to wait for Prem teams to figure out who they don't want and then there is the domino effect of players moving around.

The difference between Archer and the players you mentioned like Raphinha at Leeds, Fernandez and Dibbling at Southampton and Gallagher at Palace is that those players stood out in bad teams. They all showed ability above their current club. Archer isn't even making it on the pitch at Southampton. So I don't think he's good enough to put an obligation on a loan deal and have in the prem.
