Sick of GGO vlogs? Absolutely not Steve. I'm in the UK and love to see you trudging through the Teton woods. I am becoming obsessive about that beautiful bird now. We have been lucky enough to visit the Tetons and Yellowstone twice, in 2017 and 2019. We travelled with a long mental list of wildlife and have seen it all EXCEPT the GGO. We so need to get back! Keep up the good work.
The owl looked so cool walking along the fallen log. What a great encounter. Absolutely love your videos.
I LOVE when the owl walked down the log!
We don't need anymore 'cow bell" We need more Grey Owls please sir! Thank you Steve, great stuff!
Steve don't even think about quitting on the Great Grey Owl photography, it's so great.
Beautiful creatures.
Back in the 80s I lived in a small town of 5000. Everyday on my way to school I came by a private property. On that property there was a house and next to the house there was a tree. A spruce or pine tree only a few meters away from the street and the sidewalk. On that tree there were sitting 10 to 20 owls basically every day - I don't know for how long. Must have been years. Almost everyday I took a short break there and just watched those amazing creatures. That tree became well known as the home for owls. Long-eared owls if remember correctly. So beautiful. I've never seen anything like that again in my life. One day in the late 80s the tree was gone just like that. Never saw an owl again in and around town.
So good - love his feet and legs as he steps down the log 😍
Cutest ever!
We won't call it the Jackson moonwalk but the Gray logstep. Thanks for the forest dance.
Just a man treading through the forest talking to himself, love it!
It's good to have friends in high places thanks Mr owl lol
To answer your question never get tired of your Great great owl videos. Excellent
When the Owl walks it's feathers look like some giant cape. I've never seen one walking around in all the videos I've seen.
I know how nice it is to be out in the forest enjoying the quiet solitude. All you hear is the sound of birds, wildlife and your own breath. Please be careful out there. If that were a grizzly it is likely we wouldn't be enjoying those beautiful videos of yours.
sick of great grey owls? NEVER, you keep posting them, i'll be watching, your work is absolutely amazing....i'd love the opportunity to shoot one of these
Not at all sick of owl videos. Maybe a little jealous! Luv your work. You do the wildlife justice.
The owl walking on the log was totally awesome! Very cool.
I absolutely love the photo of the owl walking along the log - - cracked me up - - thank you so much for all of the information and the wonderful photos
So cool to catch the Great Gray walking. I've never had one do that. Awesome!
Entire vlog was very entertaining, but the portion of the owl walking down the log was priceless. Keep the GREAT gray blogs coming.
Thanks 👍
Superb photos of that awesome owl, loved the one with sunlight through outstretched wings. What a wonderful afternoon for you and thank you for sharing it with us. Always love coming along on your adventures!
Owl on the log steals the show!
That last shot was epic, he turned around as much to say "what are you looking at" lol, great video great shots and a lesson on perseverance.
We never never ever tire of owl vids!
Not tired at all of the owl vlogs, keep em coming! Thanks!
What a beautiful day !
Thanks for sharing. A lovely series of images, and i love the picture of the owl prancing down the fallen tree best. It oozes character.
Cheers.
More owls more owls ,more owls ! Thanks for the vids.
Steve, spectacular photographs of the owl Thanks for taking so long. Peace and Safe Travels
Enthralled from beginning to end, great photos too. Thank you Steve for entertaining me this evening, from NZ
I could never get tired of your GGO vlogs Steve. Infact all your adventures are great to watch. Thank you
Not EVER....I love the Great Gray...would love to see one someday. Keep posting your wonderful video's..
Never, ever tire of these GHO vlogs!!
I always love the owl footage! The GGO walking down the log was my favorite bit. You got some wonderful light on the bird and what a treat to have so many hours with the bird. Keep up the great work, Cheers!
Watching it walk on the log just made me laugh hysterically
I'm not sick of em. I love seein em. Thanks for the great content. I hear owls around where I live all the time but never see em. Really cool animal!
WOW. And acrobatic GGO. Awesome video, photos, and time spent in nature. Thanks Steve!!
I had one do that when I was on my belly photographing a cardinal flower with my 100mm macro. He was a little guy and far too fearless for his own good, came right up to see what I was doing and hung out for at least a half hour. It's not often I have to backup to get a bear in the frame.
I adore the Great Gray Owl so please keep it up. Thanks for the great shots and vlogging.
Not tired of owls!
Outstanding work Steve... I'd call that a very productive afternoon!
Love what you're doing with these outings. GGO's are amazing critters. Thanks for sharing.
Them bears are sneaky 😊
Steve, please keep shooting those beautiful great grey owls! We will never get tired of your enthusiasm while you are out tracking and shooting these majestic birds of prey! And seeing owls and bears at the same moments is just unreal!
Excellent video. Sick of them? No no no. Love them.
So, so beautiful; your images made me weepy such is the beauty! I thought it was a surprise to turn the other day and there's a coyote 30 metres from my tail end; you get snuck up on by a black bear! Thanks as always for inspiring, entertaining and most especially beautiful content. Cheers!
Thank you, Steve. I appreciate the videos where you take us on your hikes in the woods to look for owls! Beautiful pictures. I look forward to seeing more!
I love your owl vlogs. My daughter recently recorded the call of a saw-whet owl outside her home in Brooklyn, of all places. I wish I'd been there to shoot it.
Looks like maybe one of your best “owl outings” of the year - for the subject, the perches and backgrounds and the light. I imagine you got a bunch of wall hangers from it and look forward to seeing them in your 2022 “best of” vlog.
We’re on the left coast right now but can’t wait to get back to Calgary to hunt Snowies in the wheatlands east of the city and great grays in the foothills west of us.
I loved your instagram shot posted recently of our foggy bull. I got some very similar silhouette shots I’m really pleased with. Thanks again.
Thanks! And good luck with those owls…
Never tire of GGO videos!! Bring them on!!
Defiantly not sick of seeing GGO vlogs. Really great stuff!
No,keep on keepin on.
The Grey walking the log was epic.
Happy Thanksgiving Steve.
Great day for a photo shoot,
I am viewing this video a year after you made it but want you to know I love your music on all of your video.
Great video Steve! Grey Owls are the hardest animal for me to find in the Tetons. Way to not let the bears sneak up on ya!
I came for beautiful wildlife photos, interesting story and unsurpassed photography tips and knowledge. But I stayed for the disco music.
🪩
Love the owls! I am also a bear fan. Please keep it up.
Some of the best lighting ever!! Thanks
Amazing images and video Steve. Thank you for doing these, they are always great :)
Loving the owl vids and your vids in general. Your enthusiasm for what you do comes through and is contagious
Thoroughly enjoyed all of the incredible video footage you share on this episode, as well as the amazing photos. I love living vicariously through your vlogs.
If that was a Grizzly...the video would have changed drastically. Good stuff!!
Such a fine video! Very calming. That final video of the owl slowly turning to look at you was exceptional.
Never get sick of great videos, keep them coming. 🙂
Thank you Steve for your beautiful work. You continue to inspire me to develop myself as a wildlife/bird photographer. Please keep up your owl vids!

Awesome adventure! You are one LUCKY guy to live where you do! Thanks for taking us along!
Just love the video clip of him walking down the tree trunk….. slightly undermining the “majesty” of great grey owls 😂 Really enjoy these out in the woods videos - one day I will make it to your area! Thanks Steve.

Are you crazy. No we are not sick of the GGO blogs (except for the guy a month or so ago). Great Gray Owls are among the coolest birds there are. I for one am happy to tag along in the woods with you as you chase the owls.
Now that was amazing. Great job.
Not at all sick of these! Love seeing the amazing shots you’re able to get. You’re doing something I would love to be able to do, but am no. So it’s very fun to watch! It’s the next best thing to doing it myself.
