I was thinking about this and I feel like so often we practice getting distracted (e.g. we check our phones every 10, 15min) if we just practiced focussing, keeping our attention on what we are doing, then that will help us develop the power to focus. It’s simple. It’s just like habit building. Practice focussing :))

Some people are leaves, they leave you quite easily and use you in some kind of way, some people are sticks, they break of when it becomes hard, and their are branches who stay in your life for a long time. Quick thing: I am a musician and horribly distracted when the music is too loud and especially if it has lots of impulses. I am talking about the piano piece in the beginning. Biggest distraction started around minute 3:00 forward. I totaly agree that putting music is a MUST have to go viral but i think it would be interessting to see the drop rates in context with the music. There is certainly a point where the first catch of attention converts from music to the actual content. BUT maybe after all, you making those videos, is maybe a distraction from all the distractive garbage... :D however, my intention is of course to support the idea of making wisdom go viral
