I love the elevator! We have searched for building companies and no one as willing to build a small print home!? But beautiful job!
Thank you so much, go for it and try, that’s all you can do! Our permit process for this house was very simple, as long as we provided proper drawings and paid the fees, no hassles 🙃 Mind you, it can go either way, our new house was a bit tricker. We were in the house within 4 months, we were getting married, we had a deadline. But we did a lot of the finishes after we were living in it. We started out with just a mattress on the floor 😂 I can see where your coming from as most builders spend their time on at least a rancher, especially today’s day. But we are rooting for you guys! Good luck in your home endeavour 🙂
I really like this Carriage House. Do you have a draft of the plans. I am estimating that the two car pays are about 23 feet. The last bay does not look like it is 21 feet wide for a total of a length of 42 feet.
Did you ever get around to creating blueprints for this build? Would love to see the floor plan and price what something like this would be in my area.
We’re in the tropics of Ontario down by Chatham. And we don’t have a pdf copy of our plans but I do plan on making some this winter as there’s been a lot of requests for it
I'm interested in the netting on the perimeter of the deck. I haven't seen that before; why did you choose to do that? (is it purely aesthetic or does it serve a function?)
