    Great vdo, Islamic rule says food eating should be done as 1/3 rule, where 1/3 is for food, 1/3 is for water and rest 1/3 must be kept empty.... and there is tradition which says food for one is enough for two...

    In Jain Dharma (which is one of the oldest religion) it is mandatory to have some calorie deficit in our daily eating. Else it is considered as a Sin.
    Ref: Shravak Atichaar, Gaatha Number 14 which has a line written in Gujarati. 'Unodari vrat te koliya 5-7 una rhya nahi'.
    This was written some lakhs of years ago. One of the reason why Jain monks have a higher life expectancy than others.

      @@riteshjdoshi yeah exactly most jains and vegetarian men are effiminate and unhealthy because the flavour and richness of meat can only be replicated by seed oils and simple carbs but unfortunately meat is healthy and seed oils and simple carbs are not.

    Per capita centenarians me to india kam hi rahega kyu population bht jyada hai but humare yaha bhi life expectancy in rural areas bht achi thi.
    We started following western diets and culture tabse yahi hua.

      U can do bulk while follow hara hachi bu .U have to increase ur meal like from 2-3 to 4-5 in a day but all meal should be stopped at 80 %
