Just made this from the book! But the recipe in the video is slightly different from the book and doesnt include the creme fraiche and cinnamon etc but after i made it you could tell it was deffo missing it the toffee apple doesnt form a sauce as well without the creme fraiche. I added the cinnamon though bit daft how its missing from the book.

It's pretty difficult to split up a recipie for 4 or more into one for one or at most 2.
I would really wish that Chef Ramsay would put out a book for ONE or at most TWO so those of us who live alone, don't have families or live with just one partner can cook some of his wonderful recipies.
I don't mind the metric system, most measuring tools include both US & metric measurments, we need to get with the rest of the planet & switch to METRICS.

I made french toast this morning by using 3 egg yolks, one whole egg, dash of water(because I was out of milk and I REALLY wanted french toast) and while I was mixing it, I realized I didn't have butter and had the choice between olive oil or rapeseed oil and fell on the latter choice. The entire time while making it, I was thinking that Ramsay would have my head for it lol.
