I enjoy your video's. You speak clearly and you cover all the details of making things. Even the things you don't want to do, like fingerprints on back of stickers. Thanks. I'm going to enjoy doing your projects with my nieces and nephews.
Thank you very much for sharing! I am in love with it and will try to make some, as soon as the material I ordered arrives. You are a really good teacher explaining everything so clearly. Thank you much so ever!!! Kisses from London.
Always use a sealant with resin, but with epoxy stickers, it is really up to you. A sealant will protect the image more but you should not be getting the stickers wet nor are they liquid to begin with (like resin) so there is not a lot of need to seal the image in my opinion. Of course do whatever you are comfortable with.

Yes, there is a big difference in the result. Resin gives a really professional seemless look, it is also permanent, completely waterproof, and very very durable. There is a lot more labor and expense involved with resin but the results are amazing. Epoxy stickers are fun and easy to use but I would put them more in the "craft" category. You can make a lot of really fun projects with them but they are still stickers.
A 1" hole punch is definitely easiest if you are applying a glaze or resin on top of the image. However, if you are using epoxy stickers, it is easiest to apply the sticker to the image and then cut around it, otherwise you have to spend a bit of time and be really careful to line the edge of the image up with the edge of the sticker perfectly.
You can get the supplies featured in our videos on Beadaholique . com's website. The links for the supplies in this video are located in the video description underneath this video. The epoxy stickers are firm but slightly flexible.
I just got done buying some Easy Cast and some molds, then I stumble across this video. lol. When I'm done with my not so Easy Cast, I'm going to order some of this.
Minnie these don't last and are more for play, the lady that made the video stated that these scratch and dent very easy and turn yellow quickly, these don't replace casting at all... I wish they did
@Kathleen Fillo If you are going to the effort of applying resin, I would skip the stickers all together and just add a coat of resin on top instead. You will need to seal your image (3 coats of sealant) and then apply the resin. Resin will give you a more durable piece of jewelry that is water resistant, scratch resistant, etc. A lot more work of course, but a more professional looking result too.

The bracelets actually use 20mm stickers and images. I would suggest printing an image slightly larger then 20mm, placing your sticker on top, and then trimming around. You could use 1 inch images and then just place the sticker over the area you want to see and trim them down.
Bottle cap stickers seem to work pretty good.I used E6000 to attach to the bottlecap. Tried the mini dog tag epoxy stickers ,and have had poor results. Tried matte photo paper and the stickers don't adhere well. Also tried different glues to glue the image to the dog tag. Super glue gel ,Mod podge,2 part epoxy ,JB Weld epoxy. 2 part epoxy ,JB Weld epoxy worked best to attach to the dog tag ,but the clear sticker did not stick well to the image.
Love the idea of some of the projects pictured... just intensely dislike the bottle caps. Like the oblong pendants with a piece of heather or plant element in them for a Victorian look.
Just a quick question, why don't you use a 1" hole punch to cut out your images for your bottle caps? Wouldn't that be easier? BTW, I love your videos!
What would you reccomend for kids jewlery? The glass, resin, or the epoxy stickers? My granddaughter will be 5 in a few weeks and I thought it would make a nice christmas present. Your videos are the best I have found, Barbercharm you should pick something that refects your personality and then get a domain name before you set up your store, Charming kids or something. Good luck! :)
Hi! Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, this item has been discontinued and we no longer carry it. However, you can find some similar ones here: www.beadaholique.com/jewelry-making-supplies/mixed-media/collage-artwork?stock=1
Dear Kathleen, I've used these epoxy stickers before, to make pendants and magnets, and you don't need to worry about covering the stickers with resin or any type of sealant. The stickers serve the same purpose as sealant. That's part of why they're so much fun to use in jewelry making. I love making pendants with them, and they're very easy to make, but they look really good. Good luck, from Amanda in Australia
For gluing the the picture onto a bezel or bottle cap can you use a different kind of glue? Also can you use any other bails or something on the domino pendants besides the glue on bails?
tbkk100 Yes, for gluing the pictures into the bezels you can use any "white" glue. This would include Nunn Design, Crafters Pick, etc. Instead of a glue on bail you could drill a hole in the tile but this would require a dremel or similar tool. You could also mount the tile onto a stamping blank that is just slightly larger and has a hole or loop at the top. I hope these suggestions help!
Could you tell me how can I stick on the domino's back of tile with bracelets plates ? And also where can I buy from that parts? I am just a beginner for these accessory, I couldn't find RUclips or anywhere for tutorial . Thank you.
Hi. How quickly does the epoxy sticker go hard once it's been peeled off? I'm thinking of repurposing my daughter's chest of drawers knobs. She wants a Tinkerbell bedroom and so I was thinking of using epoxy stickers to stick glass effect pictures of Tinkerbell on the existing knobs (i can't seem to find any Tinkerbell knobs in the UK and importing from the US would be too costly). The knobs are slightly dome-shaped. Would the stickers work well on them or does the surface you use epoxy stickers on needs to be completely flat?
I would not recommend the epoxy stickers for this application, I am sorry. You really do want a flat surface to adhere them to and it is also important to remember that they are stickers which means they probably won't hold up to a lot of continuous daily wear such as they would receive being knobs.
Hi! What do you mean by "bracelet plate"? If you could give me a little more information, I will try and answer your question. We sell a lot of supplies on our website Beadaholique . com
Ok, so if they are so easy to mark up with your fingernail, just how durable would these actually be on a bracelet? Especially when you sit at a table or desk, wouldn't they get scraped up? I did buy another brand at Hobby Lobby and found them easy to work with, but even though they were stored in an acid free plastic container, several months later when I came back to use them again, they had all yellowed. Even the ones in unopened packages. They were kept inside my extra bedroom which is always normal household temperatures and they were not exposed to the sun either. I wonder how compatible your brand is.
I think it is important to remember that these are stickers and therefore will not put up with as much wear and tear as glass domes or resin (which are alternative options to obtain a similar look). I would consider these more of a fun project supply vs. creating a keepsake piece of jewelry. If exposed to a lot of heat or left out in the sun, these stickers can yellow as well.
mommy 115 These are stickers so they will scratch if they are exposed to a lot of wear. If you want a similar look that will not scratch as easily and be more durable, I would recommend glass domes or resin. We have tutorials showing you how to use both.
Hi, Those images all came from collage sheets that are marketed for jewelry makers. So they do say copyrighted because they don't want someone copying and selling those images, but if you buy the sheets and turn them into jewelry then that is fine and what they are intended for. Here is a link to some of them that are available: www.beadaholique.com/c-62447-collage-artwork.aspx
+Shola Hanson Here's a link to all the epoxy stickers we carry: www.beadaholique.com/c-63620-epoxy-stickers.aspx Right now we only have two sizes of the circular stickers, 1 inch circles and slightly smaller 20mm circles, but we do have a variety of different shapes and sizes as well
We don't carry the circles anymore but we still have the square epoxy stickers available in several quantities, you can find them on our site here: www.beadaholique.com/jewelry-making-supplies/other-supplies/epoxy_sticker
You would need to either drill the tiles or mount them to something that has holes to attach jump rings or another stringing material. You could also glue them onto a bracelet finding: www.beadaholique.com/c-61363-bracelet-findings.aspx Just make sure to check the measurements of the tile against the measurement of the bracelet finding

Sure saves a lot of time by using these instead of resin. I really love the domino dog tag necklace

But can you just add a layer of resin over the sticker instead of having to do 3 layers of sealant?

So, do you have to use a Sealant on your printed images/collage if you are using an epoxy sticker and not a liquid resin??
BEAUUUUTIFUL AND IMFORMING!!!
Thanks so much!
We currently do not sell epoxy stickers that are bigger than 20mm which fits the scrabble tiles.

I have a question. I've never used epoxy stickers, i typically use resin. Is there a difference in quality or result? Or is it just a preference?
THAT IS AMAZING
Just curious can you add a layer of resin over the stickers to keep them scratch resistant?
