Stupid questions like "how does [Danelle] compare to the other midfielders in terms of skill" are useless at best when asked to the Dortmund staff, what did she expect them to say?
Did she try going to the US for college? I think she would have been better off being developed in the US women's football system starting at a college level.

Just nice when Danielle managed her first international hat-trick, albeit against a lesser Macau team
best luck danelle......indonesia woman also will play soon for hamburg, her name is claudia age 15 ,other play for cerezo osaka.....hope asean woman soccer will develop to higher level against the likes of korea, china, japan whom already established and world class.......asean will get there......
Danelle Tan has a bright future ahead. Never ever return to Singapore. Here is where a pro athlete's career comes to end.
Ya serve NS and she would be doing grab delivery or grab driver instead
I am more impressed that Ros can go Germany for this film interview!!
Heja BVB! Heja Danelle Tan!
I wish SG football can follow her path to improve or import the training methodology to improve.even for non pros, the facilities are awesome🎉
go girl🥰
fantastic coverage
Always proud when a true blue Singaporean makes it in the global stage.
Unlike those "Foreign Bought Ping Pong Players" we had.
Hope Danelle can go on and become a full pro and achieved her dreams. And just wondering what can/should FAS and SG do to support her journey?
hope benard and the FAS can learn from this.
Not sure if it was how the video was edited but from my pov to some extent this video does not do total justice to exactly how big dortmund is as a club. They are not just a powerhouse in germany but a powerhouse in europe and around the whole as well.
She playing in Dortmund is extremely huge.
And the presenter says number 2 club of Germany... So regardless of stats, it's not a good title for the audience
@@clivegoh5840 Dortmund women are fifth division. Not top tier like the men's.
very professional training !
Not getting paid, but still gotta pay rent and fees for her language class. Dreams can be expensive.
At least min wage of 2.5k euros per month, u cannot be employed for free in Germany. She must have meant professional wages like 20k per week, Dortmund female has not reach that level.
Support ! Add oil ! ❤
But Claudia Alexandra Scheunemann from Indonesia/Germany is playing next season at HSV
Hope the media can reach out to school. It about character, determine n dedication.
HAHAHAHAH ROZZZZ I CANNOT LAAA !!! u are hilarious :D
Terrible decision to get Rozz as a presenter. She knew almost nothing about football and her questions showed her ignorance. Stupid questions like "how does [Danelle] compare to the other midfielders in terms of skill" are useless at best when asked to the Dortmund staff, what did she expect them to say?
Danelle my goat!!!🦾🐐❤
She has a chance to succeed, simply because there isn't such a thing as NS to handicap her hopes. Go all the way, Danelle!
Ya, NS stands for National Shame :)
Wie geht Danelle, well done and hope you suceed your dream playing oversea.
Danielle will be carrying the national team on her shoulder just like V. Sundramoorthy and fandi ahmad
CNA should not label Danelle as a professional as she herself just said she isn't one....
In my opinion , taking scholarship to US and play D1 college soccer there would be a better option . US women soccer standard is high .
❤ bravo Danielle congrats🎉 from Malaysia
fyi..Singapore is a Malay island. Malay is the national language. It is not China red dot. Fake!
out of everything she could have been shocked by, she was shocked by the graffiti on the public infrastructure 😭 bless her
Did she try going to the US for college? I think she would have been better off being developed in the US women's football system starting at a college level.
very good channel
Having rich parents certainly help with such a pursuit.
South Korea also has National Service ..
But South Korea goes out of the way to accommodate athletes, most can defer until late 20s which by then their career or prime is over.. If you win in Major events , you're exempted .While in Singapore everyone who's not a white horse has to see MINDEF face..
But you can get exempted if you win gold in asian games or olympics, NS is a fking shame
Heck you can't even defer NS, much less get exempted for it even if you win gold medal.
Fun facts: she scored a hat-trick on her debut for Dortmund
Fun fact: it was in the 7th division and it was an amateur league. Women’s dortmund is far from what the men team is.
@@comusianrovers5422 In women's football it is Landesliga the 5th division here in Germany
She is not the first, there is a vietnamese female footballer plays in Portugal at the club level
1:39 goes to dortmund, plays bavarian music 😐
girl in singapore can do whatever she wants while the guy footballer forced to serve NS when asked for deferment end up forced to give up citizenship and leave the country permanently.
well done
Like someone said, that doesn’t diminish her achievements. What you should be stating outright is the lack of equality of opportunity drafts and this kind exceptions. I am surprised Singapore doesn’t have mandatory NS for women too
But what if males lose out on that opportunity due to NS?
Say no to conscription, say no to exploitation of men!
BVB 🐝🐝🐝 The Yellow Wall.. ❤❤❤
The coach jack black.. no wonder laa.. they are moving fast there, soon reaching bundesliga
good job girl ^.^ ganbatte
Her own credit till now
All the best
Wow~ Singapore's broadcasting "Jingoism" is amazing too...
It's not men's soccer, it's women's soccer... and it's not the first team...
You're asking the local Germans fan "do you know she?"... (Are you not ashamed?) Hahahaha
Korean/Japanese women's soccer players are so many play in the W Premier League/W La Liga
But It doesn't even get mentioned in the news
Please!... at least try to develop Singapore men's soccer.
Singapore is not the time to be interested in female soccer players.....
So basically 5th Liga and the Singaporean news describes it as " one of the biggest club"... Well.... But good job Tan, keep going
REAL MADRID🤍 BVB 💚 & AC MILAN🖤❤
MY TOP 3 CLUB
She is predominantly right footed. Perhaps if she trained more with her left foot, she would get even better. Her family support is very strong so let's hope her talent burns brighter !
she isn't a professional athlete still... only if the Borussia Dortmund Female team is in the Women's Bundesliga (top division) then only she is a professional athlete... she is still playing in Tier 3 out of Tier 5 of the Female League...
Thats it. I am watching sg womens football from now on. The men's team has too many prima donas.
rozz lee my crush
Not easy to live in a different country and understanding German.
Singapore's goal machine
Where is Jadon Sancho?
very fortunate, 爸爸有钱可以追求梦想
What I don't understand is why people with a Chinese name do not use it but instead just give themselves some random European name...very weird and sad... No one else does that, everybody else uses their name proudly!
