@@asfhakjfstry73i2h17 working out/exercising actually helps focus. So that will actually improve your learning. That’s the first thing I might work on since it’s a double benefit. From there, think about what careers sound cool to you, and maybe pick up some skills like Excel, learning how to code, a new language, an instrument etc. these hobbies might help you in choosing whatever clubs you want to join in high school, which if you rise to president/ vice president in at some point, look very good. To get better grades, first priority is creating a good study space to get into a “flow state”, and depending on your schedule certain times will actually be more valuable for you in terms of productivity(you’ll have to discover that for yourself). As for learning/studying, there is encoding and retrieval-you need both of these. Encoding is how you *think* about the information(ie, making connections across different concepts and evaluating their value in comparison to other concepts [value comparison of difft topics is also useful when cornered into a cramming scenario]). Retrieval is how you *apply* those interconnected concepts; practice tests will reveal gaps in your knowledge-even if you get a question right and were unsure about it, that still suggests a knowledge gap. I'm left with 10 days for my semester final exam and everyone is expecting me to fail idk but I'm a little scared if I fail I'm gonna be talk of the year I just finished my late night study though sleep is important but I can't get balanced sleep 10 hrs wasted at school 9 hrs study and homework assignments 2 hrs Cleaning up ,chores, eating So probably 3 hrs of sleep (not to mention procrastination)
Changing your scenery and getting those walks in between study sessions is important and not talked about enough!! Two-ish cups of coffee is not that bad at all. Just make sure you are sleeping well! Good luck to those of you studying for finals and other major exams!❤️
The fact that you have multiple libraries to use other than your dorm room is soooooo cool. I mean, my college offers just one library that too only for 8 hrs in the day. Harvard students are sooooo luckyyyyyy❤
Wow girl that’s crazy, I honestly could never imagine studying for 12 freaking hours dawn to dusk, that’s amazing that ur able to pull this off so keep going 😭😭💗💗
its easier than it looks but you def have to work up to it!! Its taken me around six months to build up to ten/eleven hours, i usually do four 3hrs cycles of 50/10 pomodoros, and tbh, unless you have an unending mountain of work in front of you, i wouldnt recommend it. Like, unless you have harvard-level finals wanting to get an A, or preparing a hard civil service exam, theres no need to have this schedule
Honestly I’ve heard that studying in Harvard is not that hard (not as hard as we all think) and it’s just a prestigious school because it’s hard to get in it
Hii , I started watching your videos 2 years ago and you actually inspired me a lot last year I got 2nd place in the hole school this is all beacuse I started following some of your techniques
I can't study for 12 hrs like her, nor do I have libraries any closer than minimum 12kms from my home, nor do I have that scenery, because pollution and garbage everywhere here. But I sure can have my two cups of coffee and then balance it out with berries and we're even. 😂 She's the absolute vibe, even while studying for 12 hrs, she's so energetic. Contagious energy!!
So sometimes, students at my uni get two papers in one day. And i learnt my lesson my 1st semester caise i swe ky seniors dying out there. Now i study in small portions throughout the year, qlong with ky research and assignments. And a month before, i revise. This soinds nerdy but saves the panicky situations before finals.

I don't know why but seeing you using copy and pen is quite satisfying may be because nowadays maximum students use ipad or tablet for note-taking.... Love from India...❤❤😊😊😊
My longest was 22 hours , attended viva direct at 7 am , followed by dropping dead in bed , during my third professional mbbs exams , if we had 2 or 3 days before the exam, we studied non stop , I went to sleep at 4am and tell my friend to wake me up at 5 because I know he will not sleep , and if he does not wake me up , I would sleep fr 3 days . But who asked?
If I leave my sit during finals in the library then I ain't getting it back so I always go well prepared. I buy my lunch or take sandeich and snacks and energy drinks and sometimes coffee in termos. I am sitted all day that way but usually I am not productive so I end up going home 😂
