For everyone in the comments saying release it; this is how it works, films are showcased at festivals first so they can find a distributor. This is currently doing many festivals. They are not gonna release something that has been 40 years in the making for free on RUclips. People work on these things for a very long time.

Distribution for documentarys is a nightmare. The 50th anniversary of king crimson doc took a year or two to actually be published after the initial film festival circuit
