I've searched and searched for a video like this. I've always loved the chrome lettering. I tried it a few times before, but did individual brush strokes to get the fade. Doing the half and half on the brush is GENIUS! From the start I was having a hard time visualizing, but once the first parts of the letters were down I could see it finished. AWESOME job. I'm gonna watch this over and over and over and over again, and practice, practice, practice. Thank you Glen. You're an amazing artist.

I've seen a lot of work in my 38 years of free hand lettering and pinstriping your version of the chrome lettering is impeccable mine on the other hand needs a lot of practice to come close to the quality of yours your video absolutely helped me out a bunch and I appreciate you showing me what I was doing wrong now hopefully I'll be able to do chrome lettering and it won't look like a five-year-old did it with finger paint.

Really Bernie!!!! Glen, Mr "J" and Circus paint were the best of the best in the 70s and painted all the great Funny Cars and Top Fuel cars back in the day. Glen was lettering and striping all the greats when he was in his teens!!! I would suggest you look to the archives and see what this great has done. You name the magazine this man has been featured. He has been off the map for a few years and I am stoked to see his work back on the scene. He is custom painting royalty!!! Thank you Glen

Walking by, you will think it will cut you and bleed. Then, followed by shock, as your brain is tricked and you feel euphoria. Be careful, it will hurt your emotions like a dead on cold stare with a slight smile from Racheal Welch. Hypnotic!

The way I learnt it, is to start with painting the outline. Then you have some slack to work with when painting the filling and you can concentrate on the blending more which is a little easer. Of course you'd still have to touch it up in the end.
