Hi, I just opened my yellow dragon fruit today to plant the seeds and noticed that some of these seeds are either completely red and look a bit dried or, for me even more interesting, some of these black seeds contain like a small embryo-shaped red ... something. Does anyone know what that means? Google wasn't really helping here. I've not seen that before. If it a good or bad thing?

Alan Li, those are external roots which are common with dragon fruit. Don't give up, some dragon fruit sprout quickly others will take a while but they are hardy and will grow.
