Say what you will about Alec Baldwin, he was a genius in this show. It just does not work without his character, and how he and Fey played off each other. The fact that they were able to build what was essentially a love story, and sustain it for years, is a triumph.

@@caseymasters8801 What?? Why do you have to call people names? And you are sorely wrong if you think that only "trumpers" might think that an accident on set is solely Baldwin's fault. I'm centre-left and Baldwin isn't to blame. The armorer has already been convicted for handing over a loaded weapon, which it was her job to check and secure.
What a great show. Perfect casting of the leads and great chemistry as a result.

30 rock was criminially underrared....
It won a bucket full of Emmys, Golden Globes, and SAG awards, and a ton of publications called it one of the best TV shows of all time, so I'm not sure how underrated it was.

@@proscriptus no one i know enjoys it like the office or community. They don’t get most of the jokes. However I’ve been a fan since 2006. When given time I watch 30 rock for fun

I find it hilarious that we are supposed to believe that Liz Lemon isn’t attractive.
She has thick shinny hair, great skin and teeth, and slender waist.
Statistically speaking she is an 8 at least.
Smart, funny, and gorgeous-
The actual spanx commercials which pop up in between the sketches look so ludicrous they could be satire from sat night live. The women are anorexic but of course they need spanx.....

when this show was airing i loved it and rewatched it at least 3 or 4 times on netflix over the years. but when i bought the bluray set a few years ago, i recognized the fact that this show really didn't age well.
Why do you think so? I'm genuinely asking, I've never heard anyone say that.
