Do the bulbs multiply under the soil? So you propagated using the new bulbs. I thought propagate is only using stem. Please could you tell me if you ever grew Elephant Ear plant.. from bulb - looks like Arvi vegetable or tapioca
I live in SoCal and we planted some of these lilys years ago in a rock garden on the side of our house. They bloom year after year and the bunches get thicker with more flowers every year especially in August when it gets hot.

Since one year my rain lily plant not gives flowers .
You should applied NPK 20:20:20 Granule form in a one time in a month.
Tata Ridimil gold spray in every 15 days one time.
Use little bit of any organic fertilizer once in 2 to 3 months, and keep it in full sunlight place. Sorry for late reply 🙏
