I got few flowers, should I dehead only flower or cut out the leaves also.
Will v get more flowers by cutting after the dead flower

Deadheading will encourage new blooms, also apply npk 19 19 19 once a week. 2g/l water and spray on the plants.

How to care in summer? what fertilizer we should give? can we give mustard cake liquid and neem cake powder? what about giving yuria fertilizer?

Urea is not recommended for these plants. Neither mustard cake. Use neem, bonemeal, hornmeal instead. You can use a balanced npk like 19 19 19.
