As a 4th yr law student, i can guarantee that this is the most effective way to read cases. Magagamit nyo to lalong lalo na sa political law cases na pagkahabahaba hahaha
Thank you dean! I'm really having a hard time reading cases. Especially political law cases. I find it boring. However, when it comes to criminal cases, even if it is 40+ pages I always finish it. 😁
That's great. Criminal cases are like crime stories on TV, they are great stories of conflict that result in a harmful consequences. Try doing that to political case and think they are just drama movies... Or a comedy once in a while
@@TheDeanLawChannel thank you, dean! I really appreciate your effort in replying in every comment and I learn a lot from your channel. I hope all the deans in the world are like you. More power to your channel.
I'm planning to go to law school and I'm currently taking political science. I do advance readings for preparation but I am really having a hard time reading cases since I am just quite new to this. This video helped me a lot, thank you so much, dean!
I literally need this video. Thanks dean! Im an incoming 1st year and attended mock onlie law classes, and i usually finish my 5-8 paged cases for 2-3 hours including the writing of the case digest.. i hope i can cut more time in doing such activity to fast track and finish all assigned cases 😅
Thank you so much, Dean! It was only at this semester that we started reading cases and it's such a shame that my readings are so colorful, like a coloring book. Hahaha! Hope to see more of your video as I prepare myself into law school. Salamat po :)
Hi Micel, that varies so much. It would be difficult to place a number. But for a trial court, the rough estimate is about 3% to 4% of the total money damages you asking.
Good Day Dean! I am planning to enter your Law School on schoolyear 2022-2023, am I qualified ? I finished a Bachelor of Arts major in Literature then got my additional 15 units of Political Science while taking up my Master's Degree in Public Administration.
I fuond this on RUclips rather on my page-- but I'm a subscriber -- it should appear on my page! -- anyway, what is the name of the whole collection so I can see what's already there.

You have the best degree for pre-law in my opinion. You are definitely qualified
Atty. how can you read 50 cases? Do you have tips.
Practice, practice and blood, sweat, tears. Then repeat cycle
I'm planning to enter law school, but I don't know if I will survive 😆
Best is to mentally prepare and know the parameters of being a law student
@@TheDeanLawChannel Thanks Dean
