What is wrong with playing a blues? Should one must always demonstrate the limits of their technical capacity while playing music? Because last I checked music is about making good sounds, not impressive sounds.

I saw him concert once. He handles his guitar as if it's a body part. Actually he's a real nice guy. I met a Taxi driver who picked him up in front of a hotel in the evening in Stuttgart. He explained that his limo never showed and he had to get a concert hall right away because his band is playing. He realized the driver recognized him so he sat in the front passenger seat. He conversed with the driver about this and that and the driver was amazed and just listened to him. It was a 20 minute ride and when they reached the destination, he gave the driver a 100 on a 25 euro fare. He realized the driver was enthused about him and also realized the driver was too shy to ask, so he asked the driver wanted his autograph of which the driver readily agreed. He signed his name real nice and neat on a post card picture he had with him, gave it the driver, walked away, turned around and gave the driver a thumb's up. It shows a lot about him. Down to earth.
