I used to roll 1.5 dermaroller without any topical treatment and it alone can shows result.

@@expensiverides551 Why not! whoever is using this instrument should remember that its just a handy machine to puncture your scalp to stimulate the roots, but also remeber that one should not do over use it not more than 2 times in a week in case of performing with 1.5mm or 1mm.
Are u applying minoxidil brother.. Because I will apply minoxidil as results are best if we use both methods together
@@prashant955 No I used to apply minoxidili post session but since this dermaroller is a non chemical and natural procedure I stopped using minioxidili or any other chemical products on scalp as these chemicals can surely damage the tissues at some point. So if its suits you you can use this along with the roller. The way I use roller its quite different than what some have shown in videos. I use 1.5 mm atleast twice a week and I believe its good to roll with some pressure until u see some blood.

Doctor can I apply raw aloevera on scalp after derma rolling ? I am experiencing a little thinning at crown region. and I don't want apply any chemical solution (serums) as my hair thinning has just started and is not severe.

Mujhe aapka video bahot achcha laga , i want to ask one thing , Main 1mm ka dermaroller roz use kar raha hu and i have seen some pretty good growth whether in thickness or even density , should i continue using it that way or aapke tareeka better hai ?
Thora confuse hu isiliye directly pooch raha hu , i use an ayurvedic oil after it .
I dont want it to spoil my head ( as some medical practitioner suggested dermarolling everyday isnt good ) , My idea to start dermarolling came from a reddit user who used dermarolling every day twice ( i cant do twice just once a day ) and after an year or so he had very very very good growth he was NW 6 or 7 and after an year or so was NW 2 or 3

I used abbott -Follihair tablet 30s & Keraglo (mankind) since last 7 to 8months didn't get any results, but recently few month back I started using Harvest tablet which contains Collagen peptide +biotin and many multivitamins and herbs extract like green tea+Grapes seeds. This tablet gave my hair good result but unfortunately the harvest tablet supply got discontinued in market, so can you please suggest any similar kind of harvest tablet or capsules and please suggest any good hair serums

@@asmailyas6155 dear you have to first consult your dermatologist, whether it's alopecia or Telogen effluvium or recession, and then you can continue the remedy. But you have to know the proper cause of your hairfall. It may be nutritional, stress, or may be genetic. So first consult your dermatologist.
Leaving minoxidil abruptly would cause more hair to fall and you will even go beyond bottom line. Luckily you started dermaroller. using it regularly would maintain your hair cycle so keep using it

Yes definitely Derma Roller is very beneficial after hair transplant and start Derma under after 20 days from the day of transplant you can use it continuously for rest of your life but do it only twice a week
