This sandwich is like when I was 10 and learned that fruit and cheese pair amazingly together so in my infinite wisdom tried making grilled cheeses with allllll the fruit. Some worked, some didn't, but I did learn a lot about lactose intolerance.
So right before the taste test, my brain decided this is a southwestern Fruit Cake, and I can no longer condone any positive reaction if that is to happen…
