Hey, I'm building a small 400 sq. ft house and am considering buying a plot of land that says there is electric available at the street. how can I estimate the cost of actually hooking up the electric at the street to my house?
Hi! It varies by county. I would expect a couple hundred bucks, but to get a better estimate, you can give the County's building dept. a call. hope it helps✅

Hi Felecia! Had to put down $3k on a property then finally got the county out to do perctest, it failed. To get out of the sale they say I have to forfeit my deposit, what can I do ?

When asking about the permit. Would they be able to address how much to put in a septic tank and how much it would cost to have it on public usage?
