If you're going to do that, make sure you give the photographer the exact GPS coordinates so they take pictures of the correct property!
Hi , I have a Dirt and Gravel road in front of the land. What do i have to check next ?
Is there a way to check if a road is maintained by the county in the winter? i.e. snow removal.
Hi Josh! Yes, you can contact the county and ask them. they'll let you know if it's maintained by an HOA, the municipality, or privately maintained. Hope it helps!
What can you do for lots that are encased within other parcels? There is undeveloped land near me and I would like to buy it to build a home, but when I look at the parcel on local GIS, it surrounded by other properties. There is a path that I can take to get to the parcel but I can't tell if that path is withing a neighbor's property.
Hi Angel! You can call the county and see if there's an easement you can use to access this property. Hopefully there is!
If there isn't I would ask the county where the closest legal access point to the property is. It might be on a neighbor's property. I would call the neighbor and see if they would allow me to use their property to access the one I'm looking to buy.

What is the best gis
The GIS maps are different for every county. There are some paid services out there like DataTree and RealQuest PRO that you could use that have good mapping systems.
