Salute to all the real ones *HAPPY TUESDAY*
Good to enjoy a concrete channel without any crew negativity or drama b.s.👍
Best concert channel on RUclips
I liked the new looks. The wood plank is still my favorite. I think. The detail is so good. I'd say you're never crabby!
You've mastered every detail and you can see problems coming from a mile away. You got to this point by making allot of mistakes and letting experience be your best teacher. Eventually, you'll retire and hand it off to the next generation. From what I've seen, it's in great hands. Of course, the young ones coming up behind you don't have the library of knowledge you do, but they'll get it in time, thru their own experiences, mistakes and all. I understand "crabby" - yup, I get it. Sometimes I gotta remind myself to, "stop and smell the roses." This channel is about more than concrete; it's about managing life and pursuing perfection all at the same time.
How Dr. Emily doing? You gotta be proud of her hard work and accomplishments.
Friction, learned that lesson as a six year old. Grandfather amazed me with science, true science.
you have gained more of my time from the Morgans. I appreciate the variation of videos. always something new.
Tom we always used sugar water but always washed it with a regular hose. No pressure washer. That exposed looks beautiful. As far as the color goes it would be put in at the batch plant.
That heavy stone turned out awesome on the inside of the patio and looking forward to the next video!
Thanks 👍
@@Concretewiththehauses You are very welcome!
Love the aggregate look but the music choice is one that we have to mute while watching the video.
Your concrete always looks so good.
Never a dull moment , every job is unique within itself !!! 😎👍☕️👀
Yep That was a first for me seeing a pipe cut with mason line! COOL!
Tom…. Maybe the homeowner will have you come back in the future and replace their cracked driveway
The string method is also very useful in really tight areas , where a saw is impossible to get a proper angle👍 💯
Love the exposed aggregate NICE WORK ALL OF YA
Always a great job. Thanks for sharing.
Thought you guys were practicing for a tryout with "Riverdance"😁
Tom, When you commented on being grouchy and they all knew NOT to say a thing negative about the guy signing the checks. They know😂😂😂
Beautiful job on the hot tub stamped pad! It looks fantastic!
But there’s no way I would live in that fairly new neighborhood, with an HOA, lack of mature trees and the major power lines in my backyard. Nope.
Masters 👍😎🏁. Old School Exposed aggreagate Either you know how or you don’t 👍 did a lot of. Terrazzo work way back. Old Italians work ya to death. lol 💪🥴👍
Sawing with string I learned from our electrical contractor on highway projects. It is easier to cut pvc in trenches. The key is to use a crossing technique where the line crosses itself on the front of the cut. It holds the position easier. Remember, necessity is the mother of invention… and, laziness is its father. LOL
Love it so much - great work!
In your “nobody ever wants these projects” video, you said you were going to reinforce the cantilevered edges of the porch with 2x’s from the ground. Have you considered strong backs screwed from the inside of the form to prevent bowing?
How you guys do that day in and day out is a wonder. 👍Please hire a sound person the music ruins the experience.
Beautiful, so beautiful. The wood plank stamp is my favorite stamp, but for me, nothing beats exposed aggregate. Especially w a border, oh yeah!!!! Dang, I'd never even had the thought you pointed out while stamping, go easier close to the edge, you don't want to break the pour or spread it. I never thought about that. I really understand how that's possible. Yikes!!!! That would be terrible. Really nice pours today, very enjoyable. Exposed aggregate, I love it!!! Thanks, Tom.👍❤️🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
Cranking out the jobs…Your CFO (wife) probably loves it…
When we moved in to our house in Florida, it had a covering of pea rock over the concrete. So how it was done was they poured concrete, let it cure then with an epoxy they would add the small rocks and inbeded them into the epoxy but overtime sections would break out and then hard to walk on. Our back porch wasn't too bad but the sidewalk was terrible. The way you guys do it makes more sense and looks better.
Are those homes you are doing in this video allowed to have fences that add privacy to you yard and home? Or is it just those iron se through fences? Great patio job and the stamping makes them all look so much nicer. IMHO
Never ever put a washed stone surface. It was terriable. Could not walk on the stones.
I still haven't gotten past I still can't believe it's not butter now this?
GOOOOOOD
MAAAAAAAAWNIN EVERYONE FROM PADUCAH KY!!…
On your liners, do you spray a release Agent. On them
What would a stamped slab with exposed aggregate look like?
I don’t know about that one
10 more? Have at it gentleman. Road house........
Are you guys getting none stop rain in your area? I can’t get anything done the last few weeks. Raining day after day.
What kind of sealer do you use when youseal the concrete
Why don't you do the exposed agg, the same day? I know here in Michigan we would expose it the same day we poured it.
What is the name of Spanky's YT page?
Please, get rid of that insane music. Yall need to improve the music portion of Your Channel! Several other videos, Yall play music that just drones on & on.
The big guy, Chris is his name?, he must be new pouring concrete? He sure stands around a lot!
40+ year concrete and Stone Mason!
