Everytime I look up tutorials I only see guys. As soon as a saw fellow lady I clicked! Might be biased of me but I feel like a female gamer would be more relatable to me. Thanks for the info
I like watching setups It gives me an idea of the person's surroundings and what makes them comfortable. It also shows me what Is useful and good like for example your Web Cam
You said you reached out to the companies that sponsor you. If you don't mind me asking, how did you go about this? I'm interested in doing this myself.
A lot of companies will now have an "apply for sponsorship" section on their website. If they don't, If you can go to conventions and meet the people in person and talk to them there then that's always great because you establish a relationship, they can see the person behind the name which helps getting you the sponsorship. Other than that, tweeting at companies showing you using the product is a good way as well. Usually though, if it's a gaming product then they'll definitely have a contact us/sponsorship section on the website
I just like everything about you! You are born to do this..and very important for me is that you are real and not fake . I believe you and that is very rare for me .Finally a RUclipsr that doesn’t use there female or male parts to get views! Thank you for that ..you are amazing xx
Nice clean setup. I’ve used a lot of Razer in the past with mixed results. I also stayed away from Scuf for a long time because of the mixed reviews but I got the Impact and I really like it. You should look at upping your audio game further past gaming gear like Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, Phillips, ATH, AKG, etc... Astro is easy and comfy but..... Anyways, appreciate your content and I know you get lots of “you’re hot” comments and such and you are but you’re also a badass gamer, an excellent content creator, and a great RUclips personality so keep up the good work :)
Great video. I would definitely like to add using a LAN cable for your console or PC. You'll have more bandwidth for a stable stream, and they super cheap and come in sizes from 1.5 ft to 100ft!
Two questions about your mics, 1-do you plug your headset into the yeti plugged in to your PS4? and 2-when you talk does it go through both mics at the same time and if so does that ever cause audio problems?
I’m a big fan of the Elgato chat link that allows party and game audio to be heard by your stream, it was a great find from the Elgato company themselves!
I'd been wanting to start a gaming/stream channel with D1 gameplay for a long time, but haven't because I figured everyone had moved on at this point. :(
I'm glad I watched your video. You just confirmed everything I bought to start streaming. The bare basics. PS4 webcam, microphone (although this was last minute when I realized the audio would probably be bad hence why I bought one). Instead of lighting, I bought a backdrop as my background is pretty messy. But to start off, I guess it's not bad. Wish me luck on this journey lol.
Thank you so much watts this video was super helpful I've been trying to get enough money for certain things and you just helped me out alot by saying just stream from my Xbox honestly so simple yet I never would've thought of it your my whole inspiration for streaming and I can't thank you enough for being the great streamer that you are your amazing and again thank you for all your help
I really run a risk of sounding stupid but I wanted to research how to be a gamer. And didn’t know live streaming would be part of the deal lol. What is it called if I just wanna game by myself?
Its a really nice set up you have there. I have spent weeks planning my set up I will be building over the next few months, needless to say I had neglected to factor in a tomato... until now.
Thank you for this vid! I kept reading and it kept saying for Xbox and PlayStation you needed the Kinect. But now I know I can use an actual webcam. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing this video it helps me out a lot since I'm a beginner streamer. And I've been posting videos on RUclips but I need the stuff that you are talking about for live streaming camera, microphone, computer product and sponsors that's what I'm trying to do myself and this video really helps me out a lot thank you so much.
Awesome video! Can you please share where did you get the camera stand you're using clamped to the side of the desk? The one supporting the Logitech Brio. Thanks
this video was super helpful, but im a potato when it comes to learning how to stream, its my dream to stream but im not really sure. do you need a pc, i only have a laptop. but im buying everything else you showed. is it still possible without the pc?
I really enjoyed the video , what would be the chances of a video show how to hook this stuff up to an Xbox and PS4 from start to finish and showing how everything gets used as it gets used . I am new to this but have been a console gamers for 38 years , my 2 our of 5 kids have set a goal for me recently to go beyond just online play to all out broadcast play and RUclips videos of start to end on all the game systems . I have the Atari 2600 to modern day system . I have been researching this but some of this I am flat out confused on . Thank you ! This is my RUclips channels I just started Starkey family gaming and fun And Starkey family fixing and rigging up
I have the almost the same exact setup except for the keyboard and the stuff toys. i have a custom mechanical keyboard with backlit that i set to pink.
Hey Watts, thank you for this video i do have a question for you. I have a blue yeti and i am aiming to get a mic stand. Only problem is i use a pop filter but when you stream you do not and your mic audio quality sounds amazing. do you have any tips on how to balance audio with the Yeti? Or anyone in the Comment Section?
Hey watts awesome info! just wondering if there is any sort of software you use to doctor up the mic quality for any sort of videos or streaming. ive seen some videos where streamers use soundforge or something like it.
hey Watts! hope you're having an awesome day! quick question about the logitech camera background replacement feature - do you know if that works when hooked up to an Xbox, or does that rely on software on the computer and streamed from the computer? I am starting out streaming to see if i like it and currently am using a Kinect for video and mic. I'm looking to upgrade to a logitech camera and blue snowball, but was curious if that background replacement feature would work or if I need to figure something else to clean up my background for streaming.
I think it may need the PC to do that with setting up the colors correctly. You can make a kick ass stream look though with a background, make that thing look snazzy!
Second time I've watched this video. Really nice explanations. Only thing I found missing was a good recommendation for the microphone arm/stand. Great to see what goes on behind the scenes of someone doing so well!
whats your opinion on scuffs build quality? ive ran through about 3 of their controllers in about 2 years. and im the type of person who tries their hardest to take care their stuff. ive also had friends kinda go through the same thing. have you had issues like these? or maybe some of the people in your comment section?
There were definitely some issues before, I've had one or two that weren't that great and had issues a lot with them. The impact is BY FAR SO SUPERIOR. No problems and even if there are problems with the paddles for example, it's so easy to remove and replace these.
I feel like that plush doll under the monitor was staring at my soul lol
Everytime I look up tutorials I only see guys. As soon as a saw fellow lady I clicked! Might be biased of me but I feel like a female gamer would be more relatable to me. Thanks for the info
Beginner advice no.1 :-
ROB A BANK
You just called me broke in 35 ways
I'd buy a purple keyboard if I could.
Some day... Some day.
Pack Iv you can just change keycaps and make it look dope for cheap (:
I like watching setups
It gives me an idea of the person's surroundings and what makes them comfortable.
It also shows me what Is useful and good like for example your Web Cam
Is there a PC you recommend on getting for a beginning streamer like me? and maybe a PC that you know works for sure but isn't possibly too expensive?
Beginner advice: GET A JOB!
I love being able to buy products and then make up that financial hit in only 2 weeks.
The sound of your keyboard keys is so satisfying
Your setup is dope! I love that you seem like you're just being yourself. If this is you just being you then I love it.
4:27 Close your eyes and listen........
Watts, your voice is very comforting and soothing 💚💖
Oh my God this video was sent into my recommendations from heaven
I've been waiting to see that keyboard that clacks in my dreams
Not gonna lie when your streaming and you start typing I catch an eargasim don’t ask me why your typing it’s just so soothing LOVE YOU.
Thank you! I have been wanting to dabble, and watching this has made me feel better about it and the set up!! subscribed to you!
You said you reached out to the companies that sponsor you. If you don't mind me asking, how did you go about this? I'm interested in doing this myself.

I remember the Chris Smoove & 5ooo Watts collab in COD. It was lit back in the days. But the serious thing with streaming is the connection speed
What brand arm are you using for your yeti? Apparently the one I got is cheap and the weight of the yeti is slowly killing it 😂
I just like everything about you! You are born to do this..and very important for me is that you are real and not fake . I believe you and that is very rare for me .Finally a RUclipsr that doesn’t use there female or male parts to get views! Thank you for that ..you are amazing xx

"And we have a lamb.... Cuz.... Cuz Lamb Squad..."
LOL
Using the Blue Yeti with PS4: do you plug the Astro headphone into the mic? Or are you using both USB ports for the mic and mixamp?
Great video. I would definitely like to add using a LAN cable for your console or PC. You'll have more bandwidth for a stable stream, and they super cheap and come in sizes from 1.5 ft to 100ft!
Your hair is perfect lol.
Two questions about your mics, 1-do you plug your headset into the yeti plugged in to your PS4? and 2-when you talk does it go through both mics at the same time and if so does that ever cause audio problems?

Can we as a community just migrate back to D1
I'm on PC so I can't :(
AGREED!
I'd been wanting to start a gaming/stream channel with D1 gameplay for a long time, but haven't because I figured everyone had moved on at this point. :(

I upgraded from the Logitech C270 to the Logitech C930e; roughly a month ago. It's an awesome Webcam, huge upgrade over my old C270.
Why add all those links without being an affilate?
Thank you for doing this I really appreciate you taking the time to give us your expert insight
Nice setup 😩😍 & good advice for us beginners. Most the good logitechs are always sold out.
I like the green and purple hue color light in your video, also I like the clarity or high def of your video, your sound is good too
I'm glad I watched your video. You just confirmed everything I bought to start streaming. The bare basics. I really run a risk of sounding stupid but I wanted to research how to be a gamer. And didn’t know live streaming would be part of the deal lol. What is it called if I just wanna game by myself?
So what kind of monitors do you have??
Its a really nice set up you have there. I have spent weeks planning my set up I will be building over the next few months, needless to say I had neglected to factor in a tomato... until now.
Nice setup girl! What do you use to record or stream from console?
love the SCUF controllers........May I please ask what software you use to splice it all together.
Never knew you made a video like this and I was looking thru other random people that I wasn’t too interested in watching then I find this gem!! Lol
Nice vid. I like the idea for the colored lamps making the background.
What do you prefer, Obs or xsplit when it comes to streaming software??
i like your nerdyness to the moon and back
Thank you for this vid! I kept reading and it kept saying for Xbox and PlayStation you needed the Kinect. But now I know I can use an actual webcam. Thanks!
EPIC Setup Watts!
thx for the vid but how do you edit when using the PS4 camera or should you do only live stream when gaming on the PS4?
Setup is clean and dope can’t wait to finish mines
