I suggest that you move your ram stick to the first slot and then the second one to the third slot so that you'll be able to take advantage of the dual channel mode.
@@NXTSHFT it should be 1 slot apart to activate dual channel, so I think her current slots for the ram or the one that I suggested should mostly work. I Just re-checked the info in case I was wrong.

As a computer builder it looks really good! I couldn't do it that good for the first time. I hate that one fan is spinning in the opposite direction.. Its always like that 😅 But nice job! ❤️
Everything checks out, nice build! You just forgot the IO shield when installing the motherboard but other than that it’s a nice pc build!! Include the cost as I’m curious about final price for this build
I recently built my 1st pc too, I had to edit out a lot of mistakes 😆. You can put a pink decal or vinyl on the top of the case instead of paint pink 🌸
This is such a pretty and cute build! I had already saved your insta post before watching this and didnt know it was u until i was watching this. Thank you for the beautiful tutorial!
Your creativity with this build is really impressive! I was surprised at the price because you got a 3080 and usually something like "pink and white" would drive up the cost, but you found ways to keep it down while still achieving a nice aesthetic. The only thing I'm unsure about is the fan placement. From what I've read, you want to have exhaust fans at the back, with intake fans blowing toward them (so, youd want the fans on the front). Another good place for exhaust fans is through the top of the case, i believe because heat rises? TBH I'm no expert, but that would be something to look into in terms of cooling because at the end of the build, it does look a bit like you have fans everywhere and perhaps it could be better thought out for optimal circulation. Still, as everyone is saying, this is a fantastic first build!!
Yes, the common practice is to have the front and bottom as intakes while the rear and top as exhaust. For her case (pun intended), it only allows 3 fans at the bottom, 3 at the side and one on the rear. Her configuration are: 3 bottom fans as intakes while the other 4 fans (3 side and 1 rear) as exhaust. This is called a negative air pressure flow as she has more exhaust than intake. This will slightly effect her CPU cooling but will improve the GPU's cooling. It's usually recommended that you go for a positive pressure setup but in her case (pun intended again) a negative pressure would be much better overall.
Thanks for watching! This case is not best for airflow because of two mirror panels, but it looks cool. I just followed the recommended airflow from the case website. I'm not getting temperature issues ☺️
it's actually a quite good built for a first build, you made it almost perfectly, but you miss only one part, and is that you forgot to put the back plate for the motherboard, just keep that in mind. Congrats anyway c:
This was so fun and interesting to watch, I also love how dedicated you are to your aesthetic! I personally go for a black/red theme, but yours is so pretty it almost makes me regret going for what I did! 😂
Times have changed. There're pink tools and pink fans already 😆. In my days they're all freaking black or transparent. Nice build btw, very wholesome & cute.
I'd swap the cpu for a 5800X since it's commonly under $250 now (in my local market anyways) and the 5600G splits its onboard memory between the cpu and onboard graphics (that you don't need) so it kind of underperforms and you should see the benefits of two more cores with what you use your pc for
beautiful build! you did an awesome job with putting it together! ive not built a pc yet but im buying the parts right now to do my first one! nervous tho. eek! thanks for this lovely video.
Really good job, I'll recomend you to buy an M.2 SSD, is a lot faster than the sata one and right now are really cheap, a WD Green of 500GB NVME will be a good choice for the OS and editing. And about the video card, yes change it to horizontal, the bad thing about the vertical place is that is close to the cristal and this limits the air flow, and the tubes of the AIO turn down the AIO with the tubes down this a a tip, the tubes should be always down (so the air always stays in the radiator) and in your case so the tubes turn in the other direction so the GPU can be mounted horizontally, other than that is a really cool and nicely good job, cheers.
always fun to see beginner builds haha, in the store I work at, its all the same lian li case, corsair ram, asus tuf motherboard, nzxt AIO and evga PSU and GPU lol. Its a breath of fresh air to see deepcool, antec and even using last gen motherboard. Even went and case modded AND post test before GPU install and cable management. 9/10 build! other than the fact the motherboard looks so short, the build itself is p well thought out. You really there aren't very many people who can build a computer like this even with years of experience. also docked a half point for not installing the IO shield first lol
Amazing job! My first pc build was waaaaaaay worse and less thought out, love the pink metallic cable extensions and the fact you put the gpu in vertically looks fantastic.
I got some old parts from my brother and decided to build my own too! I got discouraged with how difficult it is from looking at a couple of youtube vids, but your video made me regain some confidence 🥰
Congrats for your new PC, you did a great job choosing the parts, and the mods you`ve done were great. But if I may alert you, you are probably loosing a little bit of performance from the GPU by going with de 5600G, it's not a bad processor, but you would be better off with his twin, 5600 or 5600x. If you look up online a bit you'll see that there is a performance gap for basically the same price, and since you already have a discrete GPU, you won't be using the integrated graphics unit from the 5600g. That's a small datail that won't make that much of a diference, but here's a tip for you to make the most performance per dollar. Thanks for the video
@@funjuniorrock it is more than enough. I am running a 5900x and a 3090 strix on a sfx plat 750w psu. Never had any crashes or black screen. Her 3080, 5600g and the rest of her parts comes out to be around 500w total power, 250w is enough headroom, unless she overclocks both her cpu and gpu and games on multiple 4k monitors.
@@traestephen7276 on paper they do, but I have yet to notice any issues with running them stock. I def can’t overclock it, and a slight undervolt might actually be beneficial. But if it ain’t broke why fix it. But yeah a good Sfx 750w platinum psu from Corsair is doing just fine.
Nice to see how u handled all those problems haha, i actually got here from pcpartpicker cuz i saw some picures of the pc and a lil bit of ur room, it looks really good for ur first time building a custom pc for yourself, im sure you did some crafting or idk how it's called in english but im sure you already created some creative stuff or sth like that cuz that kinda asthethic needs a bit experience i think, anyway keep up the good work 👍
i like your pc aesthetic but i have some suggestions for your pc. Cuz, you have a super powerful gpu you must buy at least an 8core cpu like Ryzen 5800x or even 5950x Cuz your gpu will bottleneck with your cpu. u can use and nvme gen 3 or 4 SSD instead of sata SSD will defiantly increase software loading times and make your pc smoother. well, your pc is a beaut . 🌸🌸
@@shawty11 yep. But now she should not upgrade. Her motherboard is fine and her cpu is fine. If she upgrades she should do it next year to Ryzen 7000 when it gets cheaper.
@@randoguy7488 Cause PCIE speed doesn't linearly scale with performance. Up to a rtx 3070 even pci 2.0 is enough. For anything but maybe a rtx 4090 pci 3.0 is enough.
looks good :) as a pc builder only 1 thing bothers me. the water cooling. it is better if its on the top is attached to the case because then the water is distributed inside. as it is installed in your case, the water always collects in the lower area. but there is no other way you could have solved this better so thumbs up :) have almost the same case except that I also have fans on top (water cooling) and the power supply is behind the motherboard because the case is wide.
For all the commenters saying the 5600g will bottleneck... On 1080p the possible bottleneck is around 10-15% which is really nothing. On 1440p this drops to around 5%... And for the people saying she should've gotten a 5600X at least, the best option between the three is the 5600 non-X because its the exact same CPU for less money. But the performance difference between the 3 cpus is in worst case scenario 10%. The CPU doesn't even matter in the first place because the GPU is most likely being suffocated by being so close to the side panel. Apart from that its a really solid build especially for your first time, the only slight worry is the PSU getting tripped by the 3080's transients and you would really benefit from an M.2 ssd. So for the first upgrade you should probably get either a bigger PSU or the SSD, don't worry about your cpu for now.
Idk if anybody commented this, but you can mount the radiator only from the back. Route the pump head on the top. Screw the fans of the radiator to the radiator sandwiching the fan mounts in between. P.S. i also encountered the same problem as yours and i come up with this solution lol Nice build btw.
This was really good especially for your first time building a pc props ! Only advice I can give is if you plan to upgrade to four sticks of ram next time you install the aio have the tubes facing down on the cpu block part so it doesn’t get in the way of ram slot 1 , other than that great job I paid so much for my 3080ti before prices dropped I feel your pain 😅
Why would you want to upgrade to 4 sticks of ram. 32GB is plenty already, plus 4 sticks is slower than 2 sticks. You really should only need to install 4 sticks if you’re going for 128gb or more.
@@astropie3197 actually all modern cpus like zen3 and 12th gen perform better with 4 sticks so idk what your on about the only difference is 4 sticks or dual rank is more stress on the iMc (internal memory controller ) so you may get less frequency unless you have good silicone and asic quality
Congratulations on your new PC ^^ Your video is giving me ideas on how I can upgrade my own PC aesthetically, thinking of spray painting some of the parts of my case now that I have seen you do it

As a computer builder it looks really good! I couldn't do it that good for the first time.
I hate that one fan is spinning in the opposite direction.. Its always like that 😅
But nice job! ❤️
Omg I want a pink type of computer too but I would only be able to get a pink keyboard or mouse Love the setup though!! never too much pink🤩🤩
Everything checks out, nice build! You just forgot the IO shield when installing the motherboard but other than that it’s a nice pc build!! Include the cost as I’m curious about final price for this build
prolly 2k-2500 usd
@@pazuzucuh7525 she got them second hand, if anything it was probably under 2k
The total was around ¥250000, if converted to USD it’s around $1800
Being a second hand board, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't even come with an IO shield tbh, its quite common for people to leave that out...
This was fun and wholesome, thanks for recording your process!
Fantastic Job!!! I absolutely ADORE the aesthetic of the build. Such an amazing build absolutely incredible.
Too much mansplaining in comments. She didn't ask and it is her PC.

Wow. Some twitter snowflakes cannot take comment section without moderation
Congrats anyway c:
pink and white pc is the best combination 😍
This was so fun and interesting to watch, I also love how dedicated you are to your aesthetic! I personally go for a black/red theme, but yours is so pretty it almost makes me regret going for what I did! 😂
Times have changed. There're pink tools and pink fans already 😆. In my days they're all freaking black or transparent. Nice build btw, very wholesome & cute.
I'd swap the cpu for a 5800X since it's commonly under $250 now (in my local market anyways) and the 5600G splits its onboard memory between the cpu and onboard graphics (that you don't need) so it kind of underperforms and you should see the benefits of two more cores with what you use your pc for
also isnt that psu a lil low wattage?
The 5600g will give the same fps as a 5900

beautiful build! you did an awesome job with putting it together! ive not built a pc yet but im buying the parts right now to do my first one! nervous tho. eek! thanks for this lovely video.
THIS VIDEO GAVE ME HOPE!!!
Love this build! Great work!
The aesthetics are blinding me from how much everything matches together
Really good job, I'll recomend you to buy an M.2 SSD, is a lot faster than the sata one and right now are really cheap, a WD Green of 500GB NVME will be a good choice for the OS and editing. And about the video card, yes change it to horizontal, the bad thing about the vertical place is that is close to the cristal and this limits the air flow, and the tubes of the AIO turn down the AIO with the tubes down this a a tip, the tubes should be always down (so the air always stays in the radiator) and in your case so the tubes turn in the other direction so the GPU can be mounted horizontally, other than that is a really cool and nicely good job, cheers.
yea she's gonna have issues long term with that aio being positioned like that.
@@DATWagonator its her first pc she probably doesnt know the best know how just yet.
always fun to see beginner builds haha, in the store I work at, its all the same lian li case, corsair ram, asus tuf motherboard, nzxt AIO and evga PSU and GPU lol.

This video really put PC building in a different perspective compared to those gamer-ish type of look. Might build in this aesthetic cuz of u LMAO
I got some old parts from my brother and decided to build my own too! I got discouraged with how difficult it is from looking at a couple of youtube vids, but your video made me regain some confidence 🥰
I would recommend the 5800x or 5900x, the 3080 is very overkill for a 5600G
Why would you pick 5600g if you aren’t even going to use the igpu
i5 12600k all the way man
I'd prefer Intel core i7 11800K with motherboard for that
@@Pedicine 12700k
@@chokoranbo why it is overkill? The 5600g can push even a 3090 to 100%, without bottleneck
Everything about this video is beautiful, even the short view of the mega city is breathtaking
Bro but even though she upgrade the cpu the power supply is only 750w it might not be enough.
@@rohanraves dont 3090s eat way more than they say they would
@@traestephen7276 on paper they do, but I have yet to notice any issues with running them stock. I def can’t overclock it, and a slight undervolt might actually be beneficial. But if it ain’t broke why fix it. But yeah a good Sfx 750w platinum psu from Corsair is doing just fine.
That won't make any difference, exactly
never thought id see someone buy a 3090 and not use a nvme ssd
There is no bottleneck
or a 5800x3d
@@communismisawin the 5600g is perfect and there is no bottleneck
You don’t need a 5950x for that. A core i5 12600KF would work fine and it’s way cheaper.
i hope u really enjoy that ive been wanting a pc for years i want to be a gamer when i grow up and cant afford it yet hope u have fun!
processor with integrated graphics and a 3080? you would have opted for the 5600X.
"So many things went wrong but it worked out in the ens", yeah, THAT is the first pc build feeling.
ryzen 5600G was probably not the best choice but if you play 1440p or higher it should do it's job. the watercooler is extremly overkill though.
Agree on this. 5600x would be much better choice since she have a great gpu.
@@shawty11 yep. But now she should not upgrade. Her motherboard is fine and her cpu is fine. If she upgrades she should do it next year to Ryzen 7000 when it gets cheaper.
Of course she plays 1440p or higher
@@durschfalltv7505 How is her motherboard fine if it only supports PCIE 3.0 and the GPU is for PCIE 4.0 ?
@@randoguy7488 Cause PCIE speed doesn't linearly scale with performance. Up to a rtx 3070 even pci 2.0 is enough. For anything but maybe a rtx 4090 pci 3.0 is enough.
This is super clean, awesome first build
looks good :) as a pc builder only 1 thing bothers me. the water cooling. it is better if its on the top is attached to the case because then the water is distributed inside. as it is installed in your case, the water always collects in the lower area. but there is no other way you could have solved this better so thumbs up :) have almost the same case except that I also have fans on top (water cooling) and the power supply is behind the motherboard because the case is wide.
Here it is - a PC for hard workers from the factory!
Thank you so much man, for this build!
Sound feels like asmr in my ears, so satisfied.
Idk if anybody commented this, but you can mount the radiator only from the back. Route the pump head on the top. Screw the fans of the radiator to the radiator sandwiching the fan mounts in between. P.S. i also encountered the same problem as yours and i come up with this solution lol
Nice build btw.
nope. there's not enough space at the back. it really is a case limitation
ik this isn't a tutorial but it's a relief to see another girl build a pc before I try to do my own. thanks
what
This was really good especially for your first time building a pc props ! Only advice I can give is if you plan to upgrade to four sticks of ram next time you install the aio have the tubes facing down on the cpu block part so it doesn’t get in the way of ram slot 1 , other than that great job I paid so much for my 3080ti before prices dropped I feel your pain 😅
what about the graphics card? wont the tubes be in the way of it?
Why would you want to upgrade to 4 sticks of ram. 32GB is plenty already, plus 4 sticks is slower than 2 sticks. You really should only need to install 4 sticks if you’re going for 128gb or more.
@@astropie3197 actually all modern cpus like zen3 and 12th gen perform better with 4 sticks so idk what your on about the only difference is 4 sticks or dual rank is more stress on the iMc (internal memory controller ) so you may get less frequency unless you have good silicone and asic quality
@@athzenwinters5157 it can be with really thick cards like 3080ti and 3090 but most of the time no it will be about and inch or 2 above the gpu :)
@@astropie3197 and some people have 8gb dimms especially bdie ram so 4 is still gonna be 32gb
