@@AtlasTheClown-North actually it's live, you can tell from the sound of the instruments. The version on Spotify sounds a bit more polished. I think her voice is so pathetic that it just sounds autotuned

Is this lady of this earth? Her voice, her delivery of the song with such expression brings the song to life. Add to that her beauty and it is sheer magic. I have seen Celtic Woman live twice in its earlier years and it continues to amaze. I hope I can somehow see it live again.
My 11 month old daughter LOVES this version of this song. As soon as I put it on, she instantly focuses on the screen and doesn't move her eyes until it is over lol
...yawn....how ordinary. WHAT ever happened to ALL the talented backup musicians (Slane's Castle; Powers Mansion& Garden; FABULOUS FOX; ) NO DRUMMERS; no orchestra (strings, woodwinds, brass) NO GRAND PIANO; no choir, no dancers, NOTHING in the background (except some projection in the Round Room)......I miss my old original Celtic Woman AND orchestra, drums, percussion, piano, b.g. voices.....did the budget get cut in half or something? Just sound like a female version of a barbarshop quartet
A solo unsurpassable! I have never seen such a performance of such magnitude. Mairead's beautiful and angelic voice strongly displays the passion, unity and love facing destiny. The subtle flow of the fiery rear screen imposed with her body caressed in heavenly blue makes for a perfect illustration of the Tolkien song. Never have I been more moved or impressed to the point of the gods' will, and please remembering me.
I love Celtic music, must be my Irish and Scottish heritage. But I’m going to admit, this is the first time that I have heard a song done by Celtic Woman, and this rendition of “I See Fire” is just simply stunning; I’ve heard it sung by other men, but this is the first time I’ve heard a woman sing it. And it’s so beautiful!
From Chile I am joined to the big Celtic Woman fans. Some days ago looking for a special video, I find out this wonderful group. all the ladies are so lovely, beautiful and marvellous singers. I think all of them have come from the sky. Irish people must be very pride to have such bunch of angels. Amazing every performance. God bless you all always
It’s not just her vocals, the back music is sooo mesmerizing. The guitar, light flutes, the percussion, the blends of strings. Captivated. Loved Ed and Boyce Avenue version also👏👏👏

I am from Prescott Arizona. Three years ago 19 firefighters died in a fire on the mountain. This song gives me chills and tears me up. Specially the part about dying together. A reminder of those 19 souls.
I was living and working in Prescott Valley then, that day on the way to work I saw the back-side of the storm that was over Yarnell vexing the wind forecastd and I remarked "that's the ugliest storm I've ever seen."
Heather Newitt Yes it was devastating to our town. It seemed as if everyone knew one of them. My husband actually went to fire school with the captain. The movie was pretty good I saw it too. Since I already knew the whole story and the outcome it didn’t affect me like it did you, but I still cried. Everyone in town put purple ribbons On their cars, also Flags everywhere.
@@sharikraft1706 yeah it's a horrible loss of life. I will never watch the movie again, because quite frankly I felt it to my core and it's just to much for me.
Everytime I listens this singer singing this song. I keep getting an image of a beautiful princes singing the song to remind people of her lost homeland. Its goes like this. A beautiful yellow hair beauty standing on the ledge out looking at the majestic mountains on the other side, and with a wind blowing downs on her, and all the while the beautiful lady would be singing the song. That are what that song are telling me.
Her bearing and presentation during this song is almost as amazing as her voice. The way she carries the tension and energy of the song in her body, her movements. Beautiful.
gotta be honest, I grew extremely tired of hearing Ed Sheeran's songs on the radio, they keep playing the same songs over and over again, and yes, they're great, but I just sigh every time and switch to a different channel. it's really refreshing to hear this song being sung so beautifully by this lady. probably the first time in months I listened to this song from beginning to end.
I totally agree, but I always loved this song. I can listen to it over and over and over again, just not Ed's version. Go look up other covers, it's so worth it.

get these two to duet, and 'I see fire' will hit number 1 again, and stay there for at least a decade.

How she does the breathy technique when singing "i see fire" is incredible! I love when singers do that but this is just another level.
