[SUB] How to make a Creamy Yogurt Cake :: Best Yogurt Dessert Recipe

I put creamy yogurt between the crumbles.
There are two textures and two tastes,
If you eat it with coffee, you can have it as a really delicious dessert.
After cooling, before and after putting it in the refrigerator
The texture and taste are slightly different, so try both.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) weighing.
[20cm square]
✤ Dough Ingredients
-2Egg yolks
-70g (7tbsp) Sugar
-1 pinch of salt
-3g (1tsp) Baking powder
-80g Melted unsalted butter
-Half lemon zest (can be replaced with vanilla essence)
-200g Soft flour (can be replaced with plain flour)
✤ Yogurt Cream
-2Egg whites
-70g (7tbsp) Sugar
-30g (3tsp) Soft flour (can be use plain flour, cornstarch)
-400g Sugar-free plain yogurt(can be use greek yogurt)
✤ Decorations and toppings (optional)
-Sugar Powder
-Lemon balm
-Lemon slice
✤ TIP
-The cake tastes less when it is warm. Let it cool before eating.
-Crumbles give a crispy texture before putting them in the refrigerator, but the cream is less sweet.
-If you eat it after cooling it in the refrigerator, the crumble will be moist and the cream will be sweet and delicious.
-Don't omit the lemon, just put it in. If not, use vanilla essence.
-The oven temperature varies depending on the specifications of the oven, and it is finished when it doubles and turns brown.

Ok for anyone who is wondering
I tried to cook this
And the results were incredible
I swear to good it was so soo good that my own mother loved it
And I'm telling u that I always cook home but when it comes to sweets it never worked for me till I thought I was just cursed or something
But this one was so simple and fast
It tastes so smooth from the inside with a crispy feeling outside .. uugh I can't even describe the taste
If u have th ingredient.u should probably make it

Edit:so i made this cake, it turned out great and crunchy but it needs more sugar becuase in a way I felt it lacked sugar and also parchment paper added to the side of the cake tray messed up the sides of the cake a little so, next time I am making it without parchment paper and i will trust my non-stick tray and see how it turns out

I made this, just swapped the sugar for a sweetener and it worked fine! I think go slightly over baked it but it was a hit with me and my husband 😊
Do we grind the lemon with the skin on or do we cut the skin off them shave it?

I made this yesterday and it's pretty good. Creamy, and zesty still a little bit too sweet for my taste though. Wondering if I could add lemon juice to add more acidity
What's soft flour tho? Cake flour?

In a pinch you can use AP flour with cornstarch

This cake is really delicious, cooked it yesterday, 10/10. I didn't have enough yogurt, so For the filling I took 200 grams of Greek yogurt and 200 sour cream, it turned out well. The pie is delicious both cold and hot, but I preferred to eat it cold. the filling is denser when you eat it cold

I've just made similar cake but cheesecake).Instead of yoghurt I've added curd cheese and a bit of vanilla extract (didn't add any flour for filling, except 30g of cornstarch). Lastly I've also added coccoa powder for dough. I'm goig to try this recipe next week.

UPD: I baked it! Eating it right now:) I recommend DO NOT OMIT LEMON ZEST!! So little lemon added and gives this cake so much flavor👍 I also used fat free Greek yogurt, as it what I had, and it worked. (I added 1 tbsp of melted butter to it just in case) I will definitely cook it again.
Thanks I needed someone to tell me that it actually worked! Can't imagine yogurt holding shape like that after baking
@@Viomaliha it has egg whites and flour/starch in it, it should work. I mostly worried, that my yogurt was fat free and about bread part. Do not worry, it is delicious. Bread part is like lemon butter cookies and filling is similar to cream cheese but not fat.
