I'm all working with high-quality materials and you haven't changed the clutch bell that remained the original one. You put the red gasket in savings. I don't know how this engine will go!
Hi :) The ignition is -and has always been Stage6. The cover however, is the one that comes with the C1 :) it goes like a MF i can tell you that mutch ;)
should always use a loc-tite on the seals when installing them. and if you dont have a seal tool a deep socket works good. you can easily ruin a seal this way in the video. just sayin

From method of crank seal placement, head torque, starting with no airbox, NO engine assembly line or oil in crankcase or piston? How is that piston not scored a bit from start up? Is that an OKO carburetor? Thats not level?? With all malossi and for some reason a poloni exhaust? Why.... Would you do that????
Big mistake using R.V.T for base sealer ! that wont last long before the base starts sucking air....Yama bond works best. its what most shops use and there sealed from the factory with it as well.
you have no idea what you are talking about. Those bearings were used because of axial force witch the single row deep groove ball bearing cant handle.
I know exactly what I'm talking about...I study engineering and I happen to have recently made a case study for switching to roller bearings in a race motor. It doesn't compute...Bottom line is at the bottom but I suggest you read: Roller bearings can take more than 2 times the load of an equally sized deep groove ball bearing(theoretically approximately doubling the service life for a given load and rpm), but it also has a 2 times higher friction coefficient and being mainly used for precise radial shaft alignment they can't tolerate any amount of misalignment, including the bending of the crankshaft from the combustion and inertia forces causing them to bind and wear prematurely! Add the fact that the can't hold any significant axial load(and usually not even position the shaft axially but rather let it float in most cases unless a stopper ring is added) which exists in crankshafts(imagine the axial forces of the variator trying to pull the torque driver apart using the crankshaft as a lever) and will also cause them to fail prematurely. Last but not least they cost a hell of a lot more even the hottest 2t GP bikes(100+hp for 250s and 150+ for 500s) sufficed with the lowly 6305s for most positions and abandoned roller bearing since the late 70s. 1.A longer life bearing that costs and weighs more while performing ever so slightly worse(in terms of friction losses) and can actually fail in more modes isn't exactly what you ask for in a racing engine!

whats the carb diameter? its 28 vhst, or polini 32-34mm?
if you don't have the correct seal punch set use a big socket it install the crank seals instead of a hammer and screwdriver. good god!

skeetskeet scoot this is one way of doing it. Using parts and tools at hand. How you assemble your engine, is up to you :)
