I second that Maryann. Also 67, retired nurse with osteoporosis. In the past 6 months, even with daily walks, am feeling myself weakening a bit. Thanks Susannah for this wonderful practice for strengthening bones and everything else.
I really enjoyed that. I am 76, live in Scotland UK and try to take care of myself by walking, doing yoga, riding horses and lifting weights. This is a superb sequence which I found really beneficial. Thank you

This is a fun yet challenging session, a change from my bi-weekly muscle conditioning routine. Change is good! I’m an active 57 year-old woman with osteoporosis and still learning to accept the diagnosis. Thank you for all you do and post!
Love these! I've been going to reformer pilates for 15 years but with my work schedule it's not always possible to attend as much as I would like. These videos are fabulous. I try to walk daily at least 7000 to 10000 steps and then doing these makes me feel great. They are simple exercises but very effective. Thanks for sharing!

My new favorite Susannah video. I just started working with weights so this is easy to follow and appropriate for my bone density condition. I like that she is so natural in her instruction, offers alternatives, and especially doesn't play annoying background music that makes it hard to hear. Sometimes there is a bit of music but always appropriate :) imho. I recently joined the FB group and it is full of support and good ideas. THANKS for making these videos available.
Ditto what Sharonalbright said! I’m now 4 1/2 months out after my accidental hip replacement and I was able to do all the moves in this video (gently) except for the sitting cross legged. “Lucille ball” still needs more time. But we’re working on it. 😊❤
Susannah, I have been away much of October, I really loved the incorporation of the weights with “very carefully “ advice, it went so smoothly and I wasn’t afraid of my weights, thank you for these videos, I will be doing this one multiple times this week. I do keep up with my Yoga and swimming even if I am traveling because of you videos!💕

I'm only 26 but I have osteopenia due to my eating disorder history. It's being hard to rebuild what I lost, but little by little there we go!
