His son went to the University of Illinois on an academic scholarship! Still played basketball and made the team as a walk-on. That would make any father or mother proud!!
Ken Kenichi well Michael Jordan’s 2 youngest daughters bm is white and the rest of his kids bm is Cuban. As for the height part his sons are pretty damn tall. Marcus is 6’4” and I believe Michael is around that mark, maybe 6’5”, and Jeffrey is 6’1”
@@redfirebonus9408 Yea but you need pure sub Saharan African blood like Jordan to be a super athlete those boys have a very soft looking mother, poor reflexes and lack the explosive power of their dad and this is because of their genes. Guys like Jordan were teased for being ugly and dark as children so they tend to prefer the girls they couldn't get which are the soft fair skinned ones but then they weaken their bloodline and can't produce the super athlete.
What a refreshing family, Michael was always a class act and his kids reflect that , they don't need basketball to define their lives they are ozzing class and hard work. I admire them so much.
Glad to see he brought up his kids with the right attitude. Most children of famous parents end up resenting and becoming jealous of their parents for achieving so much success but Michael's success doesn't bother his children and this is brought down to good parenting and values.
He looks like a mix between Jeff Teague and Kyrie Irving. Wait a minute.. "Jeff".. Ky"rie".. "Jeff..rie".. "Jeffrey!" I'm probably the only one that sees the resemblance, but I swear it's there lol
I feel really bad for Jeff and his brother. It's like being the son of a Beatle. No matter what you do, people will inevitably compare you to the father and that will cloud their judgment a great deal. I guess you get used to it, I don't know, but that's tough to do.
I wouldn't even play basketball. I would just precede to curl into the fettle position with my Jordan brand jammies and a gold spoon up my ass caressing my clit.
yes but who has to play football, basketball ??greater challenge is go to Dartmouth college, get degree in 3 years, study for mcat, and get admitted to Minnesota medical school and do good.this ghetto theory is the hood guys all have to play basketball will always hold one down. many have to grow up
What are people expecting? A complete clone of Michael? LeBron James sons will go through the same stuff in life. Just because a person reaches super stardom in life does not mean the offspring will do the same.
Adam Gottlieb - I agree. I've coached 3rd graders and he's obviously very talented for a child his age but that doesn't mean he's destined for NBA status.
All I know is that Jeffrey Jordan has some crazy hops. I seen him dunk at the U of I training camp for teenage boys over the summer a few years ago. He wasn't that tall but the kid had hops. The apple doesn't far fall from the tree. Anyway it was my son's training camp which he thoroughly enjoyed. Even got called a rebounding machine by the coach. Them was the days.
good dad, good kid, good family. divorce happens. my parents are divorced and my brother and i turned out just fine. we still have strong values and great parents.
Great interview with Dad & Son. I'm 99.99% certain that Jordan lost a HUGE part of himself after losing his Dad. I also believe that he would have done allot of things differently if Dad were still here. Starting with the mother of his kids and FIRST wife Juanita.
When he said no he did not like losing to his son you can see in his eyes and expression that he meant it he looked pissed for a split second like the look he had when the Knicks beat them unexpectedly in game 1 of the 91 finals.
We had a crazy party one night @ U of I, Jeff got super drunk & striped down to his briefs and was dunking on a nerd goal saying he was mj, we noticed he had pissed himself. He still got my MVP vote
anyway there's still hope in the Jordan family, his two sons might have their sons and teach them how to play ball and one of them will be a success like their grandfather.
I like the part about him saying he beat Michael only once. I can't remember once beating my dad at Pool. My father would never "let" me win no matter how frustrated or angry I got; not even giving me a break. If he did give me a break, I probably didn't notice. That instilled in me the notion to earn wins in whatever in life. With video games? My father never had a chance against me.
Look now! Why this guy looks nothing nothing like his father? But the daughter is her father's twin. The son he denies Taj Jordan looks like Michael Jordan. But the ones he claims as his don't look like him. Go figure!
mcoeif Of course I'm not. I'm not saying he is not Jordan's son. I was just so amazed by how Jeffery doesn't look anything like a father, but the Taj son that Michael denies is his looks just like a teenaged Michael Jordan. He has his same body type (tall and slim), face (eyes, high forehead) and skin tone. This young man doesn't have his body type (tall and slim) doesn't look anything like him in the face, but he may look like his mother. But, he definitely looks nothing like Michael Jordan. Genes can work in really strange ways. Michael's daughter (Jasmine) came out looking exactly like him; the oldest boy Marcus barely looks like him but you can see remnants of Michael Jordan in his face. One never knows which genes can trigger.
That is very possible. He sort of has that clone look about the skin (silicone) and eyes. His eyes are unemotional. He walks sort of robotic. Even if he is not a clone, he has no resemblance to Michael Jordan whatsoever.
people here no nothing about genetics... if you mix black with whatever... your baby is gonna basically come out Puerto Rican looking and not just black.
There's a belief that wealth isn't earned unless it's made. And I believe it's true. My family is rich, but I buy all of my own things with money I earned from working. I would guess that Jeffrey Jordan feels the same way and wants to earn his way through life instead of coasting on his parent's money. I was even broke at one point due to medical bills, but I didn't let my parents pay for it.
They never really tried to to great at basketball. You can see it, but that's obvious. Why would they? Was there ever any hope of them becoming great nba players, even stars? Yes, but we're they going to be as good as their father was? Is this even up for debate. Ignorant people lack empathy. Try to put yourself in their shoes. In most people's situation, you want to achieve your own success, usually not in the same realm as your father. if you do decide to become whatever it is your father was, you enter it as a man, hoping that one day you will be better, in some way, then your father was. This is not the case. both these gentlemen did not want to try to replace Michael Jordan or be compared to him inside the realm of professional basketball their entire lives. That is what stopped them from being great. They never had a chance. it's like walking in the footsteps of a giant.
That's the sad thing about it all. It's like they're expected to be great but when they're not so good (which I'm not saying they were bad because they were talented) people freak out and shame them. That's so much pressure.
Too much pressure for something they didn't really need, earning money as players always compared to the legend father, while they got enough money to own multiple teams. No need to become players. They struggled enough tho, they both played ball at university level. Was it impossible for them to become pro athletes in NBA? No. Search for Dell Curry, a great shooter from Jordan's era. Now he's known as Steph's father. At only 28 same as Jeffrey, Stephen is the best shooter atm, so it's possible.
His son went to the University of Illinois on an academic scholarship! Still played basketball and made the team as a walk-on. That would make any father or mother proud!!
Becoming A Future Chicago BULL
A WALK ON MEANS YOU TRASH ROTFL
It’s good to see his kids doing their own thing and not worrying about their fathers shadow
I love how Michael is so supportive of whatever his boys want to do and however well they do at it. That what a kid needs. It's awesome!
Michael looks so proud
Thanks for sharing this interview of Michael and Jeff, awesome father and son.
Everybody in MJ family is somewhat short 5'9" and below. Mike was the only one that grew tall.
His uncles were tall. His son marcus is about 6'4
These boys are only half Jordan. The small part seems to come from the mother
@@erhanhatem Jordan weakened his bloodline he should have married a tall black amazon.

MJ's son is smart, fine and athletic! He sill be okay in life. God bless him!
Kobe is Jordan's only son
Lol!
true true 😉
Kobe played like we envisioned MJ's kids playing
If have a baby white no good that's ways he suck
Facts😂
Beautiful father- son love As usual the father loves more
"It ends when I finish it" - Mike. lol
I'm sure ppl would compare him to his dad, but u know the truth everybody knows the truth, the person who is better than MJ hasn't born yet.
Very nice! Another great dad!!! Peace and love from Chicago!
Never put a son or relative in that position. Make him CEO...
Man if I had MJ as my dad I would be proud as hell. What a life don’t think about and just enjoy it
👍
I commend the effort Jeff Jordan put into basketball. He had a pretty good run and to face the mountain of expectations he has is remarkable.
What a refreshing family, Michael was always a class act and his kids reflect that , they don't need basketball to define their lives they are ozzing class and hard work. I admire them so much.

And some times they would turn out really talented, as in the case of Julian Lennon, but that would be overshadowed.

I think MJ nerves flowed mercury, this guy never shy away from any challenge...that’s the ultimate warrior inside of him 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
These are really good, hard hitting questions. Props to the interviewer for not avoiding them.
HE DOESNT HAVE TO PLAY BASKETBALL!!!!!!
What are people expecting? A complete clone of Michael? LeBron James sons will go through the same stuff in life. Just because a person reaches super stardom in life does not mean the offspring will do the same.
It's too early to tell if Lebron's sons will be as overrated as he is XD
Uhhhh his son is getting offers from college lol
Thedominater0001 there are a lot of child prodigies at the age of 10 who didn't become what was expected 10 years later.
Adam Gottlieb - I agree. I've coached 3rd graders and he's obviously very talented for a child his age but that doesn't mean he's destined for NBA status.
First LBJr needs to be gifted with unnatural height and athleticsm to even begin talking about his basketball career

Nice interview. Thanks for posting.
Jeff was smacking game buzzer beaters in high school
His kids seem like very nice talented men proud of them wish them all the best god bless you all ❤️🙏
Beautiful father and son.....
MJ "the game never ends, it ends when i end it"
i wonder what that would be like, being the son of the best basketball play that ever lived.

Micheal jordan need to be a nba coach come on thumps ups please
El mejor de todos los tiempos Michael Jordán
Bet one of MJ’s grandkids will be a star in he NBA
His dad is the richest basketball player there is he should not need a scholarship to go to college
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
Michael Jordan
Talents and gifts are hereditary, Jordan's boys are very talented, to be like their dad, they have to be obsess with it and be great.
My idol mj
Jordan is a fierce competitor
great interview
Respect for having his academics on lock and basketball as the back-up!!
Flexibility to switch it up!
@ItsStillThereBitch thats good interviewing and making it interesting for viewers. part of the job....
Michael is a true boss and family man.
excellent lad. God bless.
I live 45 minutes away from U of I. And I met Jeff at the illini vs buckeyes football game. He's a cool dude.
Can someone tell what is the song playing at 2:07 please?
Wow mj he is very good dad his kids👍👍👍🤩😁😁👋🙏

That is Matt Lauer and he's not just some interviewer. He's a star anchor man and is well respected in his field.
With mike and scottie pippen as your dads friend. He couldve been a beast u can tell his heart wasnt in it like mike kobe lbj kawhi steph kd etc

old comment, I know but man... I had to get up from my computer to laugh that out. Almost spilled my damn drink.
what year was this
You can do it if you just believe in yourself!
6'1 is still damn tall aka above average, and a lot of pgs are around that height, so thats where he would best fit in. MJ is such a cool dad.
none of his kids looks like him but his daughter, his sons has their mother looks
not a bad thing lol
What a humble kid. Looks easy going.
thats awesome!

Jordan: " ohhh do it.... Do it!

as long as he has the ''jordan'' on the unifrom..i'm supportin him 1000000000000%

It's interesting how expectations shape a young person's life.
it's hard to be someone successful's son
I ♡ Michael Jordan
Nice story!
MJ seems like a good father
well apparently he didn't make it to the nba
He was undersized and his competition was fierce.
How old is MJ's kids now? and do they play overseas/college? if so are they ranked high? (I dont live in the US so I cant really keep track)

shit so short thats crazy!
