The cartridges are under a small shelf on the right hand end when the scanner is open so i can't remove them ! I desperately need to replace them , they are all empty, can you advise me what to do please ?

The Italian version of the WF-2860 uses the 502 ink cartridge series. The 202 ink cartridges are only compatible with the US/Canadian version of the printer and will not work in European region printers.
Here in Australia the 202 comes with the printer as well. I did not know that there was a difference in inks in different countries. It is amazing what you learn from youtube.@@mauriziovicedomini834

My printer will not print. Help me please. It sounds like it is printing. It has new cartridges but nothing is on the paper. WHY WHY WHY!

Ummm is a 202-i Epson cartilages different than E-T2021XL? Or can my espon 2860 still use it even though it's says it's not scanning it's code?

You didn’t say you had to shake the cartridge. The printer said to shake the cartridge
Sorry about that, but shaking is not really necessary when installing a new ink cartridges.
