@@rajalbshahExperturologicpath I sure have! I watched the "For Dummies" one and IDC-P. Do you recommend any good databases for digital slides or exercises? Like online prostate cancer TMA's to practice grading for example? I have been doing the high yield GU cases on Pathpresenter.
It is a great question! I know ISUP had built imagebase data at their website. You can check out at their website to see if it still exists. GUPS is trying to build scanned slides graded by dr. Epstein but the product is still at early stage of development.

Thank you Dr Shah and Dr Zhou. At 6:15, here, are basal cells different from ME cells and which one is imp to d/d between, say, HGPIN and Inv Cribriform Ca. What are your preferred IHC markers for MEcells and basal cells. Thanks in advance.
Thank you. Do you mean myoepithelial cells when you refer as ME? In prostate we refer to basal cells. Rarely it may undergo myoepithelail metaplasia e.g sclerising adenosis. CK903, ck5/6 and p63 are basal cell markers
