It's kind of interesting, but it's no Old Country Buffet Carving Guy
14:22 I conduct a daily sausage integrity check-sometimes even twice daily-and I don’t even work at McDonald’s.
Hey yooo!
That background music is incredible.
And please, a message to all Australians. Check that your eggs are rotated and that your waterbath has at least 60ml of water. It is very important that you check every hour. If you do prepare any batter, ensure that your hands are cleaned with AMH.
This vidja mayntayns haigh qwalty standdads.
Wow. This brings back some memories.
that old school register brought me back
Try the lasagna. It's my favorite.
Team Sausage Here.
We have breakfast just like this!
I didn’t know Mcd’s prepared their own pancakes from scratch, I though they just shuffled them out of a bag like eggos.
the mix made daily was much nicer than the thawed out frozen then microwaved hot ones of today.. and if you put 100ml less water in your mix they were real nice and solid mmmm
That’s what I thought too. I just thought McDonald’s had a big old bag of frozen hockey pucks that were somehow magically heated up into pancakes. Sounds like this may be the case some places now although clearly it wasn’t at one time.
@@BenFoldsFan421 its kinda like the old fresh variety of the 90s are snap frozen after cooling down and they come in a bag of 6 or so... And, they taste like it!
Is that bacon? That's a new one.
News paper? What is this thing they speak of? Must be an Australian thing.
I like master.
Those eggs were terrible. There were never magazines at our mcd'$. Does anyone know what happy meal toys those are? They look like magic mirrors of disney characters
Those measurements are disturbingly specific.
I suspect the ingredients are originally in imperial. 1.42 litres for example is exactly 3 US pints.

How old is this training video?
Mid-1990s was when they wore the green uniforms.

Yes.
27:19 That dining room is hideous
As much as I want to agree with you. You have to realize that time that was their standard wayback 90's. Haven't you noticed they're still using VHS, in addition to their cheap looking dress code styles and blurry vidro quality? Lmao
I think they are implying even FOR the 90s, the room was hideous lmao
This particular McDonalds was in Melbourne Australia. (Melbourne trains are visible as the customer enters.) I must say , that though I have patronised McDonald's here in Australia for 45 odd years and recall this decor about 30 or so years ago, I have never, ever encountered a Macca"s with tablecloths and vases!.
Those facial close-ups are also just close enough to be unsettling.
Teflon? Thanks for the cancer. Eeek. I worked at McDonalds in the late 90s in Toronto. Our bacon was ready made and vacuum sealed. Hotcakes were frozen and microwaved. Our scrambled eggs were from a carton. OOH, and we never had soap for cleaning or sanitizing. Franchise owner was sooooo cheap. It was an experience.
Teflon doesn't cause cancer... The american cancer association has disproved that myth.
Not true.
Ìkno this is training video but in real kirchen you cant move that slow back in my day yu had to move quick
