Hi Danyelle, thank you for watching and commenting. The best thing you can do to keep your stand a healthy one is to take a break from contacting them. Only because the conversations between you both get so toxic. Even if he wants to fight, stand your ground and set boundaries. Do not join in with arguments and let him know you are not looking to fight with him. It may take a few times, but he will get the message.
Loc'd Pop okay thank you for responding and I appreciate it. Do u think blocking him will be okay? I worry that he will be mad from not hearing from me. We share a daughter together and he doesn’t see her because of the other woman but I don’t have no peace at all. I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place
@@danyellediva if he wants to fight online, tell him again you are willing to talk but will not participate in a fight. If he wants to continue, let him know you will have to block him and you can speak in person another time. The fear of his anger will cage your stand, diffuse that fear with the word of God. Say it out loud how his anger makes you feel , then Pray against his anger and your fear. Soon, his emotional state will not harden your heart or threaten you.
I would only conversate if he is civil and respectful. You make sure you control your anger and emotions. It's incredibly challenging..I know. Pray for fruit of patience and long suffering. You are clearly in the 'valley' but gain the Lord and draw closer to Christ in this difficult season.

Thank you for this video. My husband left about 2 months ago. We were both living in Atlanta, and moved all the way to Rochester to be with the OW. I was trying to contact him everyday, but a few days ago, I said that I didn't want to manipulate the situation and will just allow him to reach out if he wants to. You are right, "they dont care," My husband seems so lost right now. But I'm still standing, standing in the gap for him.
Hey Jasmin, I apologize for the late reply. I happen to stay in Rochester as well. If he is still here, chances are he hates the place. But BIG moves like those means he is very much emotionally driven to compensate for whatever frustrations led him to think he needed to leave the state. God uses distance so that we can thoroughly sort through our shifting mindsets. You choosing to back off is a good start, because to continue pursuit will drive your Husband away even further and faster. This time in your life is yours and God's, use it. God will send that man home! And you will be prepared. #standyourground
@@LocdPopTalks its funny you mention it. He reached out to me yesterday and said that he hates it,lol. I can tell that God is working on him, and I just have to make sure that I stay out of the way this time. It's hard releasing control, but that's probably why I'm here at this point anyway. Side note...it would be crazy if you are related to this young lady lol

Standing for three years. Praying for my prodigal Ian. I am not perfect but am willing to stand for his salvation and our restoration. Comment your spouse and I will add them to my prayer list. God bless all the standers!!!

Jasmine Essix. I’m standing and growing again in God. Praying her heart softens to me and God. She doesn’t believe in divorce, but says she wants it. She hasn’t mentioned anything to me about the papers since Jun 18th, Some good signs but I finally stopped trying to text and be around her a lot. And let God take the lead.

Nessa, thank you for watching and commenting. God wants you to live the life he has designed for you, one of greatness and true joyfulness. Your partner may be bound in his own thoughts and justifications, take care of you and your spirit during this season.
But pray from him and everyone within your household as well, because one day his fog will be lifted and he will choose to live as the man God created him to be.

It's funny how this video popped up in my feed randomly 6 months after I initially saw it. At this point, I do see that my wife really doesn't care about what I say or what i do. It's all about just hitting me up when they need financial help. It's one of those strange feelings like, I don't give up, but at the same time, I'm tired of having her and this marriage be my number focus everyday. It's become sort of like an idol. So I think yah, I'm just going to move on. Not giving up in marriage, but shifting my focus back to rebuilding life.
Letting go is hard.
But necessary. I have to let God finally do what I and all my love can't do.
I have failed her in many ways and until I let go and let Him do what He does perfectly. She will only see the faults.
I can't open her eyes and realistically never could. Not even my job.
God through His spirit can do things perfectly.
And if she doesn't allow Him. Then she doesn't.
I have messaged her almost daily. And am finally...finally letting go.
Because all I continue to do is stay in hurt and miss some of what He is doing in me.
Learning to Follow, letting God takeover is a powerful step to standing. I've been where you were before and felt afraid that letting go meant giving up. Our Lord will guide you through it all. And Lord willing, your spouse will allow herself to choose to be led into the marriage relationship God intended. I'd like to hear more about your story. Stay strong my brother! 💪😎

We were not married. When we met I was away from the faith. I was a prodigal. He has been so good to me brother. So longsuffering......
He drew me back into His bossom. Back to His Son. Back to His precious spirit. I wanted so badly to bring my girl friend along. 3 1/2 years was the length of our relationship.
It has been totally heart wrenching.
We've had two boys together. The last one was given to another couple at birth. Another real heart breaker.
We never married and lived outside of the Holy bond of marriage. I was foolish thinking that in a relationship, out of that alone, sleeping with each other. That it would be blessed.
God is far beyond what we have comprehended and still worked in me. Even in my rebellious ways. Cause He knew my heart. I suppose because He gave it to me.
So, last month she had an affair and that was more than I could bare. And I asked her to move out.
She is different than pretty much anyone I have meet in my 45 years.
In a good way and a bad way.
I've seen the most pure heart that sees things differently and the most Corrupt heart that does things I've never experienced.
Sometimes I think our advisary can see people who are different. And really tries to destroy them.
And in the process uses them to try and destroy others.
So after these 40 days I have let go.

Our father has used the relationship I had with her to help me feel His heart.
And how exactly much love Jesus has for the prodigal.
This I want everyone to experience.
It is the most beautifully painful thing.
To know the love He has for me the love He has for others. But the incredibly deep pain when His love goes unnoticed, denied, lied about, avoided, and rejected.
When He stood in the Mount of Olives and said "Oh, Jerusalem...how as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, I have wanted to gather you.."
His love is TRULY overwhelming. Without measure. Beyond reasoning.
And through loving Tabatha. Despite all that she has done. I feel His love for her. And not only His love, but the love in me for her that goes beyond what I have known. I'm telling you my brother.
I am overwhelmed at times by it.
The beginnings of it.. The greatness of it. The type of love that He while hanging naked infront of His creation beat, battered, crucified, ridiculed, mocked, shamed, hated and despised, rejected by His own, abandoned by His friends. Looked down on as the waged their heads.. And said " Father don't hold this against them.."
This love is incomprehensible...
It chases, it trust, it beleives, always forgives without reason, waits, hopes, endures, it is meek and lowly, it serves, it sacrifices.
Our Lord, saviour, and master wants us to know Him. Yes.. And experiencing this love...it's like listening to His heart by allowing mine to beat with the same blood that flows through His.
Like He would say. Do you feel that son? And I look up at Him as the entirety of my world and the perception of it is shifting, and say with tears flowing down my face..." Oh my precious Lord...I do.."
It transforms the mind. It melts away anger. It opens the understanding. And reveals what has worth. The kingdom of heaven and the heart of that King.
Wisdomand understanding draw their water from its well. Faith and freedom grow in its light. Fruit ripen in its shade.
It is the foundation to all things.

thank you for sharing this. it is VERY hard to understand why my husband of 26 yrs. of marriage ---he is with another and he does NOT care how I hurt or what I am feeling. WHY.... but thank you for explaining it so well.... it is good to know the mind set... to know that that is what happens to their mind and heart. but... it so unbelievable that that drastic change happened to him.
Alice, thank you for watching and commenting about your story. My goal in this video was to share the mindset because before I learned to humble myself before God, I was the prodigal spouse. I only had to remember how I felt and thought when I wanted to exit my marriage. My actions however proved that I was angry with my wife and with myself, not that I was done with her altogether. Pray for strength because resentment and anger will only STEAL years of your life away from you. I lost up to 10 years with my foolishness, don't let the enemy have another second of your life.

I'm so hurt, I just gotta laugh
My husband and I have been separated for 8 months. We let a woman in our home who we thought was a woman of God. I communicated with her first for a yr...she was renting a house 2 houses down from ours we owned ours she got notice came to stay with us said the Lord sent her to deliver our family. She did so much which I now know was obeah/witchcraft she got my husband to quit his job sd demons were following, got us to sell our house saying our home was pocessed..he stopped talking to me in the home only to the lady....I went with our children to live at my friends he went to his dad....2 days after he sd God said we have to separate or God will kill him...my husband has been blinded and bewitched he refuses to talk to me period...he is angered by me...God has sent supportive men and women of God to stand with. God has seid he is going to restore the msg. This process is so difficult. Please pray that my husband would be delivered and set free....Thank you in advance...Blessings

My wife lets me pray with her over the phone during our seperation. We still keep in contact and text. Should I keep praying with her? It doesnt seem to bother her from what I can see. She has issues from her past before I met her
Huge intimacy problems. She has a good heart but is filling up her mind and time with family and friends I see it as a way to cover her guilt and the voice of the holy spirit. I dont flood her with texts at all And only call in the evenings
Pray with her, for you and her both, together or alone. If she stated she has intimacy issues, pray she gains the confidence and faith to address them for herself and the sake of her marriage. You can not force anything or anyone to "see the light". No more judgments, no more expectations. If opportunities to be together or utilizing professional counseling are ever an option, present them in a respectable manner. The state of the relationship is in your hands, but the fate of the marriage is the LORD'S 🙏🏾

I dont control her, I love the way she is.
Why do prodigals think that their spouse is trying to control them? Is it because they are being willful and want their own way? He even went as far as accusing me of having a Jezabel spirit! My husband has been in another state for almost 2 years now and I'm pretty sure he is involved in an online relationship that is why he stopped communicating with me. He is a Christian man, but due to us being apart for so long, as the Bible says, "it's not good for man to be alone", apparently God and his wife weren't enough for him and he gave into the lustful temptations of the enemy. I was very angry initially because I had no say in this situation of him leaving to care for his elderly parent without any regard for our marriage and what it would do to it. Been working on myself and it is all thanks to God I have been restored to the Lord and a loving relationship with Him. I have given my marriage to the Lord and I know that if it is the Lord's will, He will restore us. Nothing is impossible with God!

I have been standing for over 2yrs for my husband. We were together for nearly 15yrs & this February married 11yrs. He filed for a divorce earlier last year but it was denied bc he didn’t file correctly. He’s living with another woman & since being with her he’s completely abandoned me and our young son. My husband was a great father & husband. He’s also a believer. Unfortunately he began to use drugs & they took him over. I left him alone once I found out about the other woman but it wasn’t easy. God has been my greatest source of strength and comfort there’s no way I would be where I’m at today without him. His word is such a blessing. I would not be able to smile & laugh today if not for God he truly picked me up & he keeps me going. I have hope & faith that God is going to turn this all around for his glory.

Hi im standing too but how im going to deal with my emotions when i think he is getting close to me like doing dinner for both, he invite me i go we tolk about everything but he dont talk about our relation ship i fill that im hes friend he told me that he likes to see me because he likes to talk with me now but nothing more

What was his reasons behind the separation?
Emotions are very powerful and can sometimes betray us. My emotions drove me to make SO many mistakes because I gave up control. Emotions come and go, focus on your control and let God continue to mend what was truly broken.
Loc'd Pop well im divorce for 2 years and half, he decide after a motor cicle accident he recover him self i was with him but he was having an affair with some one from his work, after that he lefh me and 3 month later he divorce me and he star living with her in a new home, he alway said that he was alone, she left and go back with his husband and he start to come back to my house but like now he dont said nothing about us after 1 year he goes back with her, then no comunication with him

It's been 12yrs , we barely talk. Oh she wants to talk and make out things are fine. I won't play. I front her up every time, her demons come out, and it turns toxic fast.

I did not understand what you were trying to explain...
I know you probably won't see this...But do you have any advice that you can give me? I feel like God is telling me to stand for my marriage, but I just get discouraged cause I feel like I am waiting on God,but there's nothing I can do while I wait.
Thank you for watching and commenting 🙏. Waiting on God is one of THE best moves we can make. Imagine having a loved one in surgery, a life saving surgery, would you rush the surgeons through the procedure?
I admit, when I prayed and hoped and waited for my wife to enter back into my life, it felt like torture. I grew restless with my thoughts, and weak with my earthly desires. I missed her deeply, and I questioned God time and time again . It wasn't until I recognized and focused my faith on God and my personal relationship with Him, that real change happened in my marriage.
I'm not sure what all has happened to strain your marriage, but keep in mind how much God loves you and your spouse, and wants you to achieve reunion with Him, together.

What I mean is, YOU have a history with your partner, the length of time spent together is on your side. Being Familiar territory, understanding their small nuances, and shocking them with your personal growth.
Give your partner SPACE and TIME.
This season is your opportunity to give yourself peace and care while learning how to better yourself at this point of life.
