I place a picture from when we celebrated a wedding anniversary on her side of the bed and Thank God for her coming home. God has already told me to be quiet and say nothing when she comes back.

When we love our husbands like their mothers... that's what this story makes me think of bcuz it's like a little boy who knew he was doing wrong & felt his mom wouldn't love him anymore, but by loving him still he heals & realizes that her love is good & will always be there for him. I wish I had this information and encouragement when he decided to stay the first time....the holy spirit told me to do this (be loving) but I was to angry to be loving and vulnerable to let God deal with his behavior. I felt like I needed to ration out my love and affection for him... I really thought that if I was too nice in the beginning that he would continue to treat me like a doormat. I realized later after he left for real this time, I should have listened to that small voice telling me to show him affection. Back at square one now. Things look hopeful but I'm not sure. Going to put it back in God's hands and leave it there this. All I know is that I love him and grateful for our marriage no matter if he comes back or stays gone. Thank you for this video. It helped me to understand the process a little more about what is happening in my own prodigal coming back home to me. I knew he would come back home as God had already spoken and showed me he was mine and would be returning. He returned home to me a couple of weeks ago and stated he wanted us to get back to where we were before he left, but I knew it would be a slow process and I asked the hard question of where it left us. I showed him nothing but love when he walked in because God made it clear that I wasn't to being up the past and that I was to love him when he walked through that door. To be clear, I am not angry with him either. At the time, I had been through a divorce and he had been through one and we had grown deep in love with each other, but when he walked away, it was hard because we were going to marry. God had told me to hang on and start praying for him again a few months later and I did and God gave me the visions of the future and what was going on and I have hung on to His words hard. So when I finally saw him again, when he walked through that door, and he embraced me in a strong long hug, I finally felt us feel the "Home" that everyone talks about. He was home. We are talking at the moment and sometimes he goes silent, but I have to remember and this video reminded me, that it will be a slow process as he processes the Love I still have for him and the forgiveness that he doesn't understand after leaving me for almost 2 years to get his life straight and back in order. But I am looking forward to a great year moving forward and for the blessings that God has in store for us. Thank you again for sharing this as it was also confirmation for what I was feeling at the moment and the question I had asked God. God bless both of you!

The enemy attacks by making you doubt what God told you. Believe God. Use scripture in your prayer. Listen to the prayers they do to pray for your king. The devil trying to make it hard but trust God. If God told you something remember it is written that his word do not return to him void. He is not a man where he will lie. Ask for confirmation to his word. Ask for a sign such as show you something you know will confirm what he said. Maybe your own thoughts, the devil false words, or distractions may keep you from hearing the holy spirit. Pray and believe God not what you see because its temporary. What do you do when it's your own children asking your wife why she let you come home? I have boy/girl 16yr old twins that understand things better than my 3 younger children. Obviously, they dont understand all of it, but enough to be legitimately upset about my return. I'm still very early in the process, and I don't think I've yet reached the place to address this. It has definitely opened my eyes to how deep the hurt goes, but I must admit that it's pretty painful for me as well. I love my children, and I never thought I would be in this position.
