No need to apologise, our lives are always more important than RUclips. i only discovered gochujang chili paste this year when i researched Korean food for my channel focus. Chili is its own flavour, but an entirely different flavour is gochujang paste, also kashmiri chili and Thai green chili. Food research is such a wonderful journey. Congrats to team GBR in the paraolympics. Some amazing athletes that have overcome so much.

I have never been there either. But, my partner who was a teacher brought home a Korean exchange student to live with us for 2 or 3 months. One night we went to a Korean restaurant with this student ( 11 yrs ) as our guide. We met all the chefs, saw all the meals being made and learned a trick or two about Korean cuisine. Kecap manis and gochujang paste with fresh ginger is the key to most dishes.

This looks just incredible, I just love noodles and Asian cuisine. My only suggestion is to bring the camera out a bit, to enhance the angle and it will help with reducing the noise too. A lager would go well! Keep up the great work. James

Thank you James so much for the suggestion. I do need to buy a new tripod, one that can sit on the floor in front of the stove. But for now I should stop being lazy and turn the mic around 180 degrees so that it points in the opposite direction to the pan. I love Asian noodle dishes too, as it allows you to load the dish with so many different vegetables in summer. Asparagus season starts here in a weeks time, along with other vegetables, so i'm looking forward to that.

Could you please tell me what you added after soy sauce and the paste? With lemon, looks so good my friend and thank you for sharing your quick recipe for lunch

1/2 tsp of red chili flakes and 1 tbsp of honey was added after the soy sauce and before the gochujang paste. I hope that is what you were after. It was better than sandwiches for lunch hehe. thank you for watching and commenting
