Ingredients:
6 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ube powder
3/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup warm milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp ube flavor
1 cup ube halaya (for filling)
200g bar quickmelt cheese (for filling)
Bread crumbs for dredging
UBE CHEESE PUTO FLAN
Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup evap
1/2 cup condensed
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup evap
2 egg whites
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp ube extract
165g cheddar cheese
UBE CHEESE JELLY SALAD
Ingredients:
Ube Jelly:
4 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
1 tsp ube flavor
1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream
1 can (300mL) ube flavored condensed milk
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
2 cups cooked sago
165g processed filled cheese, grated (or diced)
*You can also use regular plain condensed milk and add 1 tsp ube flavor in the milk mixture and adjust flavor as preferred
*Best served chilled

⅓ cup ube halaya
1 tsp ube flavor
165g processed filled cheese, for grating on top
