- In this episode, we will discuss every single part of the GTA franchise, distinguishing one or sometimes two unique features in each of them. Grand Theft Auto has become one of the greatest game series of all time - and there's no wonder. From GTA 1 to GTA 5, we experienced something new pretty much every time. We could name and pick the protagonist of our choice, or we had to work for different gangs in order to progress. GTA San Andreas provided a massive amount of new content while GTA IV took a different approach in terms of the storyline, giving a more adult style. Grand Theft Auto 5 proved that you can make a fantastic multiplayer mode, filled with great vehicles, missions, and so on. Liberty City Stories does give some unique qualities, The Ferry at Portland, some rare weapons like the hockey stick, the radio stations were very underrated, arguably the coolest mission in the series destroying an entire neighborhood. And being able too drive around Liberty City without being consistently shot at, St Marks especially.
Blowing up a neighborhood was brutal and satisfying as hell, I love lcs
Gta Lcs is way better than Gta III in every way. It's story is also way much darker, brutal and mafia themed compared to Gta III.
Also, LCS has the best music in the intros of news. I love the music of Liberty News.

Yeah, you have a point right there. We don't know why but it was hard for us to choose the "biggest" unique feature, but yeah, some of these suggestions could be mentioned too.
Thank you for including VCS. That is easily the most underrated and forgotten title in the entire universe when you realize how good it was.
My favorite things about GTA are the side missions and the sense of completion and exploration.

dude, you forget the drug dealing minigame in gta Chinatown wars it's ADDICTING
Also, stealing vehicles requires a hack. You can also refill molotovs using the gas station. You can also create a weapon in one of Huang Lee's mission.

We were talking about the mini-games in GTA Chinatown Wars in general, including drug dealing as well. We were just giving a few examples, but we meant every mini-game in this installment.

I never understood why vcs never got a phone port like the others. It was such a good game. Building your own empire and going back to vice city was fucking incredible
Although they need to tweak some of the missions in VCS. Like "Turn on, Tune in, Bug out" so that you either get more rewards rather than merely $300 for the BS that you did in that mission, or make the max wanted level 4 stars in that mission instead of 5 to make it less stressful.
And then "High Wire", they should place the first container in an open area instead of being right beside a building, and give the Mendez guy's car more armor.
@@t4mfx661 VCS is also the 2nd Gta game where the protagonist has no phone and uses that thing Claude used in Gta III.
That would be a good move on behalf of Take-Two Interactive. Just please do not give the job to Grove Street Games or it will be really bad.
Gta lcs mobile was saved from being developed by grove Street games i don't hope it ever gets remaster by them
I would mention a good thing in GTA1 that the sequels abandoned is that some missions are open ended like the second payphone mission in chapter one where you deliver the package to tony dio, you can kill him after he picks up the package for a bigger reward or leave him be
Also in GTA 1 and 2 vehicles do not despawn when out of range or view which the 3D GTA games up to IV had to do preserve memory to make them run on PS2
A good thing to remember is hardly any of the original creators where involved from 3 onwards

GTA 1 - possibility to choose your own character male, or female
GTA 2 - pressing fart/burps button (I wish that rockstar wouldmimplement this in future GTA games)
GTA 3 - top down view on your character
GTA Advance - the story, and ending was very fun
GTA Vice City - the soundtracks
GTA SA - gang wars, and 3 cities in one state to explore
GTA Vice City Stories - building up a criminal empire
GTA Libery City Stories - mafia themes storyline
GTA Chinatown Wars - drug system, and minigames
GTA 4 - brilliant storyline
GTA V - geting to play 3 protagonists
GTA Online - trolling people with mugger, and mercs (but other then this is the most boring GTA game with boring protagonist).
Ps. I hope that they will give us something regarding the GTA 6 game soon.

Gta online is trash. It’s the worst thing to happen to gta. Because of it they quit releasing new games. And online completely sucks. You have to grind all day to get something crappy cause everything is soo expensive. The greifing is ridiculous. There’s no real story to it. The only upside is you can drive around with your friends.
What are u on about they literally released red dead redemption 2 and obviously ik this comment was made before but gta 6 is also coming next year. The actual gap between gta 5 and red dead 2 was 5 years and that’s because that game had more technical advancement put into it. Rockstar are known for pushing their games further each time but the issue is that takes time and yes we waited 11 years for gta 6 but ultimately they were working on red dead 2 and the gap between Red dead 2 and 6 (if releases in 2025 still) is 6 years which is due to pushing the limits. Obviously we seen the 6 trailer and you can see why it’s taken them this long it’s gonna be ground breaking. But anyway gta online hasn’t had much of impact at all their schedule has stayed pretty much the same for releasing titles and online has a pretty small crew working on it just to horde us over till 6

Unfortunately I think when it comes to GTA6, the element they take from past GTA games will be the Saints Row reboot.
What makes you think that? The Saints Row Reboot was both a critical and financial failure and Rockstar has always been a controversial studio with many controversies considering how great Red Dead 2 was and that Rockstar has done nothing to hint that GTA 6 will be woke I think GTA 6 will turn out fine

Unfortunately for fans of "GTA: LCS", "GTA: LCS" is noncanon as it irreconcilably directly contradicts GTA: SA: InTroDuction which reveals Luigi's Sex Club 7 was already open and Brocklyn Heights, BrownsVille, QueensBridge, and Harlem were already complete in 1992 whereas "GTA: LCS" would have us believe Paulie's ReVue Bar was replaced by Luigi's Sex Club 7 and Brocklyn Heights, BrownsVille, QueensBridge, and Harlem weren't yet built in 1998.
They gonestly got vegas pretty on piint when re creating it for san Andreas and yeah liberty City stories is a trashier game conpared to all others

Unfortunately for fans of "GTA: VCS", "GTA: VCS" is noncanon as it irreconcilably directly contradicts GTA: VC which reveals Tommy and Lance were both new in town in 1986 whereas "GTA: VCS" would have us believe Vic and Lance moved away in 1984 then came back for a deal in 1986.
when you leave a place for two years some things will change and you may act like a stranger sometimes and besides initially lance lied to Tommy in order to get to know without suspicion this is well noticed when he perfers using Quentin than lance so as to not let people connect him with his brothers business

Lcs already has a remake in pc. But san andreas had a vcs modpack. You can try it out but it has only 12 missions and not only the full missions of vcs.

It's funny... The main reason why I like LCS is its simplicity.
When games have too much to do, I lose track and get bored quickly. 🥱
And as for VCS, the story is very compelling. I would say it's better than being able to have businesses.

Michael - bank robbery
Trevor - rampage
Niko - gunfight
Johnny - motorcycle stuff

Tommy - he is literally good at any skill so i will say making pizza and pasta

You seriously think Liberty City Stories has nothing special? You think Gta III is better than LCS? Why? The game is good. It does not get boring. It is fun, the mafia story. The problems of a mobster. The difficult life of a mobster. The fall of a Big Don and he rises again. The story is good. The game is amazing. At least, it's much better than Gta III, Advance and 2D games.

Unfortunately, as much as I love to play as Johnny, TLatD and TBoGT are both noncanon because they both contradict GTA 4 because GTA 4 revealed the Brocklyn-Manhattan Bridge, the TriBorough Bridge, the Alexander HamilTon Bridge, the George WashingTon Bridge, the Lincoln Tunnel, and the Holland Tunnel were closed because of terrorist false flags which left Niko, Johnny, and PlayBoy X stuck on the southeast sides of the Brocklyn-Manhattan Bridge, the TriBorough Bridge, the Alexander HamilTon Bridge, the George WashingTon Bridge, the Lincoln Tunnel, and the Holland Tunnel until the botched drug deal with the undercover narc and still stuck on the southeast sides of the George WashingTon Bridge, the Lincoln Tunnel, and the Holland Tunnel under Niko, Packie, and Derrick pulled the heist at the bank which makes much of GTA: TLatD impossible and the sequence of the timeline of GTA 4 and GTA: TLatD in conjunction makes the start of the timeline of GTA: TBoGT impossible and what happened to the gems at the exchange over Gracie Ancelotti in GTA 4 makes the end of GTA: TBoGT impossible.
GTA 2 was the first GTA I ever played, still one of my favorite games in the franchise.
