    I've always understood the merdians flow down the yang and up the yin side of the arm. So slapping down the yang side and up the yin side, but you're slapping up and down both sides. Does it not make a difference?

    Can you do these exercises anytime of the year or only the spring? Having liver issues lately and looking for something to release the excess heat.

    Are there any limits with regard to menstruation?
    I know certain exercise is suggested to be off limits due yo heavier flow. Is this one okay or shall women take a break during this time?

      @@tracykatrinaobrien6998 Yes alerting people that the Master doesn't possess the correct knowledge, will save weeks, months and years of incorrect practice. Mantak Chia, Jwing-Ming Yang, Kathy Yang all three are Qigong Masters. Go see for yourself.
