    Honestly, thank you. The wrong type of people keep wanting to use me and invade my personal space, even after I take my distance from them. My energy is my own and I decide who gets to tap into it.

    As an introvert and HSP, I think these exercises are really helpful and do-able - I have only done a few routines and I find I am starting to feel better. Thanks Jeff... many therapists don't address these issues about boundaries and anxiety and I also like the way you present the exercises. Your pace is slow enough for me and your voice is soft yet positive.

    These Qigong exercices come at the right time, at the right moment in my life! I have an hypersensorial system that is not easy to shut down, especialy when I walk downtown Montreal! I sens deeply the emotions that are transfered to me by others and do not know how to protect my system from it. As a social intervener, it's a beautiful tool in helping people, but it can also burn me. No surprise, my anxiety is oftenly high. This new video is a psychological and neurological balm. Thank you Jeff. Namasté.

    Time moves very quickly when I am doing your routines. Again, I really appreciate that these are basic, non complex movements. They are clear, elegant, satisfying, calming. I do feel they positively impact my day.

    Love this one, especially the tiger movement, and also when you mention that accepting your self as you are - gives you boundary already. Makes sense because when you relax, things stop fazing you.

    As with all the hundreds of other comments from people with feelings of great suffering where I feel I have hit a brick wall and my body is shutting down, I an so THANKFUL to have found your videos. I have much hope now. I have subscribed and will financially support your work once I get healthy enough to progress in my work/purpose. So, thank you again for caring for people enough to post videos for free until I/we can get back on on my/our feet and feel vital again! The Dan Tian, with so many others are helping me as well!

    I love this. I have heard of Qigong for a few years but never tried it before. I did your opening exercise tonight for the first time. I really like it. I cannot get on the floor for yoga poses so this is something I can do. Plus with my asthma it helps my breathing. Thank you so much for making these videos available to people like me.

    Thank you so very much Jeffrey you have a wonderful calm energy and this boundaries is one that addresses a very stressful time. As I know I am sensitive and absorb all sensory energy around me such as noise, and smells and other people's negative energies. This practice is so helpful.

    I seem to have this problem as I can not usually control the activity around me and stress builds. I will need to practice this more to hopefully see benefits. Other qi gong routines have helped me feel better.
