    Hi, Jeffrey. I'm Lee, Doug's wife, responding under his account, I guess. You were recommended by my acupuncturist. I have been doing Qigong and Tai Chi at our local health club once a week. I am looking for a daily practice. Your teaching style and choice of flow movements was just what I needed. We do "combing the horse's mane" in our 24 Form. I repeated this "simple" ( powerful when you put it all together with breathing) routine more additional times after replaying the video and can feel my body tingling with Qi. Thank you for sharing. This is realistic to do way more often than once a week! I loved the birds singing in the background of beautiful trees.

    I’ve been following along with these videos every morning and night for the past 60 days and I’ve lost 35 pounds. It is false that we need high intensity work outs to be fit. All of my health values are in the normal range. My heart rate variability is the same as my 20 year old nieces. And my resting heart rate went from 80 to 68. My family doctor said that I appear to be aging in reverse. Forever grateful to you.

    When I did this it was enlightening. My chi has stagnant for a long time. I wasn’t moving enough in my everyday lifestyle. I am gonna stick with it and pray that it helps my mind, body and spirit heal. Namaste.

      Thank you for the training Jeff. While following your practice session I felt an easy sense of peace, however I did feel "mild tension" with in my knees, lower back & shoulders. There's are all areas I have had injury.

      Need a little practice changing sides. Can't really see when you're doing that. It isn't clear to me and hard when trying to learn Parting Horse's Mane.

I love doing qi gong and am really starting to feel the benefits. I would rather watch qi gong videos then read the bad news on the internet.     Thank you Jeffrey. I am really enjoying your videos. I only began Qigong this week and can't get enough of it. I actually feel about a foot taller, as well as calmer. I can't wait for the rain to stop as ideally I'd like to do it outside barefoot and in the dry. I have done your beginner one a few times and am now doing this. I do like the fluid feeling of this one, it's very smooth and promotes flow and relaxation. Thanks again.

    Jeff - This is the best routine! I love it!! I have been a member of you Qi Gong for Vitality site for 1 1/2 years but I like to check this site because this is where I discovered you and I never know what gems you might post. This routine is one I did for 1/2 hour just now after finding it. I think I have missed maybe 12 days total since I began my practice with you and I am stunned at how many wonderful benefits I have gained. I am sure many people feel the same way. Thank you so much. To anyone considering beginning a qi gong practice, please start today. It helps all aspects of life. :) :) :)

    So I did this for the first time.
    My hands feel very energetic, I am more body aware and I'm a bit more calm.
    Time to make it a daily habit
    I experienced no flow state but that's okay, it was my first time doing Qigong

    Thank you so much for this amazing service you are doing by supporting us with such life changing knowledge. I admire the way how you make Qigong accesible- simple and therefore an opportunity to build a strong foundation. There are so many different movements and especially for people like me who grew up in a totally different tradition this can be overwhelming and prevent consistent practice.       That's a good point that I often forget: I didn't grow up seeing Qigong, so the first time I saw it I thought it was a little strange :)
      Once I understood it, it no longer looked unusual but it took time.

    Oh thank you, Jeff! I'm on day 6 after surgery and I finally felt comfortable to do something gentle! I noticed I was beginning to obsess about little things and needed to get that energy flowing! Mission accomplished. I'm going to try a bit of meditation now too and come back to this later. Your videos are wonderful!!

    Jeffrey, Very relaxing routine. When I was young I practiced Shoalin Kung Fu and then later I did Yang style Tai Chi so these movements come rather naturally for me. I'll practice a few more sessions and will probably join the community. Regards.
