I’m so impressed with how creative some people are. I would never have seen something at a dollar store and thought, “I could do X and Y to this and make a Z.” I love the stuff I learn on channels like this!
Folding the cooling rack like you did for the spices made me think that it would work well to hold a long surge protector if you wanted to get it, or wires, off of the floor. Like if you want to organize cords behind a desk this would work well to keep things up without being very visible.
I Don't usually comment but saw all the negative ones so felt compelled to leave a positive one. Thanks for the creative ideas! If people dont like them they don't have to use them . I'm sure you have a thick skin after being on the internet for a while and know to ignore anything that's not true constructive criticism 😊
If people don't want criticism of things they post publicly online and in order to make money, they don't have to do that... I'd rather my subscribers tell me when I messed up than have a bunch of sycophants.
@@IntoxicatingArts my reading comprehension is generally pretty good. In fact I read your whole comment. After rereading it twice more, my response remains the same. Dollar Tree master here! Thank you! I hope you and Tate are doing awesome! Im due with my first baby in August and I’ve been going back to watch all of your new baby videos! SO helpful!
7:21 i really love this idea… i was trying to come up with a cheap way to display the chapstick-holders i crochet at craft shows and this is genius, thank you!
Love the creativity. For the larger projects though, if you buy 8 or more racks @$1.25 plus the accessories plus sales tax and the value of your time, the math stops mathing. Might as well shop around for something nicer and more sturdy in the $10-15 range.
I used cooling racks similar to the next to the last one you demonstrated. The top shelf stores all my spices. The bottom shelf is for bread and cupcakes.
I have a cat and she like to took the soil off my plants on big potted and get to sleep on them. 🙃 I took three of this cooling racks and make like a triangle, secured with cable ties and placed it on top of my plant so it can grow without my sweetie cat 😁disturbing it. The best thing is that I can remove it and reuse it with other plant.
The last one seems like a useful tip (for me). I have been hopping around for ideas to make an under table wheeled storage. However I want it to carry some weight and have strong structure. I am planning to use shipping boxes/cardboard boxes as my primary material since buying the wheels and the wood planks will make it costly. Anyway, I think those metal racks can add strength and structure to cardboard boxes.
3:06 if you’re a person who crochets, you could crochet some really neat looking granny-squares (RUclips has TONS of videos of different ones) to attach to each side and even to the short side in the front and it would look REALLY good
The way the rack was bending under the weight of the 4 coffee mugs 😅 that rack is one command hook failure away from a counter and floor full of shattered mug pieces. I wouldn't trust that around pets and babies.
(Air fry chicken legs) bend ends up and form the "C" shape like you did for other things, but then simply use to hang chicken legs 🍗 from the center. Wire bends easy to slip bone end in and enables you to load up your air fryer to the max.... 👍
Tell me more please. I really need help with chicken wings in the air fryer. Mine is a food ninji and really doesn’t have the basket that all how to videos have. It’s more of a slide in tray.
@@destrygraves just Google (hang chicken legs rack) and you should be able to see what I mean. But instead of paying a lot for rack - just get cooling rack from dollar tree and bend sides down as legs - then you can slip the joint bone end in between wires so they hang down. That goes into the slide in basket and voila. 👍
These are super fun, creative and entertaining to watch, but 99% of Dollar Tree hacks look like trash and ruin your home esthetic. Save your money until you can afford something you really need and that fits well with your decor.
Exactly. I think these appeal because you don't have to put any thought into whether you actually need the item. Low cost, easy to give back to the dumpster. She'd have less content if she focused less on acquiring new items. The fact that she must purge so much to keep her clutter in check doesn't impress me.
I saw another one of these YTer talk about dollar tree organization. She bought so much junk and had all her clothes on cheap plastic hangers in her large walk in closet. Like seriously if the lady stopped dollar tree plus gold paint, she'd have enough money for slimline and wood hangers.
Love these ideas. I wonder if I used 2 cooling racks together per shelf they would be more sturdy and wouldnt bow down from the weight? 🤔 Im trying to figure out some spice rack ideas. Lol I love the last one. That would be a cool message board type thing. TFS! ❤️
Some of the projects cost amost 8-9 dollars. For that kind of money u can get better storage items. But, I like the smaller items that use only 1 or 2 cooling racks.
Yeah I am sure it's too flimsy and cheap for her as well. I seriously doubt her videos in 3 months will show any of these items. She just buys stuff churns it and then talks about decluttering.
Idk... I tried a dollar tree hack for a make-up mirror using the stick on battery powered push lights. The quality of the lights is really terrible, I don't expect it to last long. I mean, it was really cheap sooo... 🤷♀️
Long time watcher ❤ But I had to start watching videos with reduced speed because it feels like we’re trying to rush through it. Could you maybe talk a little slower please? 😊
On some of these storage things, it would be super helpful if you tried them for a year and then reported back. I would be shocked if you used that to hold coffee mugs for more than a month. And did you really just put it on your wall where your cabinet doors would hit. Really? I enjoy some of your content but sometimes it seems on these videos you just feel obligated to post something regardless of quality. Most of the projects in this vid look exactly like what they are: dollar store craft projects. Good craft projects shouldn't look like a DIY. It should look like you hired someone to make something custom for you.
I generally like your channel but really girl. Most of these looked low end. The one in your coffee area was already buckling. This was not your best work at all.

Great idea! I am going to try it!
The stand was my favourite. At parties that would be neat to display photos like the monthly milestone photos for example at a first birthday :)

I LOVE the dollar tree hacks!
I tried a couple of the ones from last napkin holder video and they turned out so cute!

Great video girl. Mugs did look like they would fall. I find command hooks will eventually give out.😢

I don't know how that clip got through the editing process at all. There is zero way it stayed up after she turned off the camera.
Love the spice rack idea!
Thanks for a great vid.
Last one is the best! ❤ it!
Thank you so much! Everything came out amazing ❤
Ery cool and versatile concept so empowering THANK YOUUU!!!
Yes 🙌 I’m going to use these for my sunglasses and readers!
Super creative! 🎉
You’re really smart mama good job 🎉❤
Good thing is you can spray paint them any color to make them fun or blend with your decor.
Congrats Kallie-- Is that a little glimpse of the newest munchkin? Soooo cute!!
I love the highlights in your hair, sooooo pretty!!!❤
I thought the first few ideas using the single cooling rack were extremely clever, and I have some old racks I'm not using.. 🤩
Great idea for my storage room. Currently hanging felt 1000 things on two large hooks. 🙈I could use the area of the door of the storage closet.
Some great ideas 💡 💜
I’m going to use to hold completed painting in my art studio
@Kallie love your video's. Gby and your family.
Such great ideas!! Will be perfect for RV living as well. Thank you! Off to the Dollar Tree… 🏃♀️

Which one?
You look great, Kallie - I wished I was able to bounce back after delivering my boys lol All the best ❤
Im so jealous! Our $ Tree is so small. I've never seen the paper towel holders or the baking/cooling racks. I found some zip ties there once.
Can you make a can organizer for canned foods at Ingles so you can see the labels?
your makeup looks great on this video and I noticed it looked like you had your baby! if im right congrats on a 3rd 🌼
I love them😊

The horizonal shelf would be good in a little kids room for their books!
I was wondering that also! Those shelves aren’t cheap like $20 a pop!

Where did you find the black hooks that was at the first of the video? It's hard to find the correct hooks
Thank you for sharing . Wow 👀 so many ideas…they just kept coming , thanks. 🇬🇧💛🤍
Love your channel ❤
Nice, I can't believe you git those at the dollar twenty five tree
Great ideas! You are lucky that you have the kind of face where no one would question you when you buy lots of zip ties lOL!
Kallie, generally I love your channel, but, girl, I know you don't have dollar tree drying racks all over your house.
she is showing the many ways you can use it? I don’t see the problem here
😂
It takes less effort to be kind. Some folks apparently need to learn this.
Geez, she was just being funny....relax people 🌺🌸🌷
Don't find the humor. At all.

The racks are bending, looks cheap and nasty.
You could double the racks on the shelves to make them hold more weight.
