Epe! Never been there, I’ve been making enquiries about where land is affordable right now in Lagos without breaking the bank. Lived in the UK most of my years and planning on relocating back home sooner… My niece mentioned Epe, hmmm, After watching this Video, thanks Steven 🙏🏾 I’m about to do some deep research into how to go about living and investing in Epe. Home after all is where the heart is, regardless of the shortcomings of Nigerian.
The greenery is the thing for me. I love green. The natural environment is beautiful. I am amazed at how cheap the properties are. I am sure it will not be cheap for long.
That greenery and mangroves would soon disappear with building of estates if the people don't pressure the government to create protective areas and parks.
You're right about Epe road network, it's one of the best - the former Gov Ambode did a lot of work there, building infrastructure, making it attractive for investors
I spent three years at Epe they're very welcoming and loving people . They own one of the best secondary school in Nigeria Atlantic-hall, Epe is a peaceful area to reside and relax...✌️
Yeah,A-Hall used to be situated in Maryland for some years before they moved to their permanent site in Epe. They have very beautiful girls. I can never forget their stay in my neighbourhood back then.
That place is beautiful. The vegetation is breathtaking. Please do everything to preserve the natural greenery. The real estate market there should be seriously controlled so that natural vegetation is not destroyed. Love from Cameroon 🙏🏾

I went to boarding school in Epe for two years after my family moved back to Nigeria from the UK where I was born. It was strange then although I never frequented the town but it was very neat and tidy, with lots of buildings with rusty corrugated roofs. The town has a huge water front and an annual regatta festival fishing is a major industry.

You didn't talk about the new international airport coming to Epe ,you didn't mention that its close to the new dangote refinery and the mile 12 food market will be brought around its axis . You didn't mention neighbouring communities that also have huge potential for those that lost out to the early vision of Epe .
