Everyone saying that the pen is not responsive lel, it's just smoothing/stabilization. It helps if you have shaky hands or if you have trouble making clean lines. Well :/

@@paulepz527 it depends on how large is your desk. I bought the 13 one and it's perfect to me, I can also bring it everywhere! Of course the 16 one is bigger, but it would be difficult to carry on

Is it portable and do you need to connect it to your work station or can I just walk around and use it like I would use an iPad pro with Procreate?

the final review i been looking for. i needed to see how the pen would actually perform from someone actually going through the process of inking and coloring all in one video without it being some screen recording. This has finalized my decision on getting this tablet, now i want it. thanks for this review!! you also draw exactly the way i do haha

Awwww since this is your first time using a tablet I was REALLY hoping the audio wouldn't be just some background music and would be your commentary about your impressions, what felt normal/natural vs. what feels weird about it that you need to get used to etc. I like your work, not criticizing that, but I really feel that this video was a missed opportunity to fully capture your first experience ever using one of these devices and without commentary and just using background music there's nothing in the video that would indicate to me that this is your first time using a monitor tablet. I'd have never known if not for the title.

Would you recommend this,to a soon to be an animator student in university and is currently making their portfolio? I can’t choose between this or in general a drawing tablet and the iPad Pro,i also study life drawing and go on a lot of field trips and do observational drawings and i would most probably like something thats more portable thats why im leaning towards the iPad but im not really sure yet.

Hi! Before you inked it, how did you get the blue doodle done? That's another layer that you can use? Did you have to select that blue ink color?

Opinion: I like Procreate more (All though I can’t really be saying much because I haven’t used this tablet thing at all.)
- kmkitties - I have a Kamvas gt 221 pro, and from what I’ve seen, I don’t think procreate is compatible with Huion, only for the iPad Pro.

I am a newbie, what program are you using? It looks really fun! Did you sketch in pencil and scan it in? Seems like a lot of people do that.

I would recommend Clip studio, Paint tool SAI, Medibang, Photoshop,Fire Alpaca. Basically anything like that but do what works for you!

Tengo un problema con mi tableta, a la hora de querer usar la pluma en Photoshop y querer dibujar, no pinta donde apunta el cursor, es decir, si estoy dibujando en la parte izquierda del lienzo, los trazos los hace en medio o hasta el otro extremo, está muy desfasado. ¿Qué puedo hacer? ¿Cómo puedo configurarlo para que funcione bien? Ya que solo es con Photoshop. En Paint y demás programas me funciona de maravilla y no hay ese problema.

Hello, can someone help me ? I 'd like to project my work (using Huion KAMVAS Pro 13) on a large screen in the classroom.. I was thinking that using a HDMI Splitter to display my work both on my tablet and on the video projector would be fine but as soon as I connect a second HDMI video output on the Splitter , everything tunrs off (black screen and both output devices)....

Hi! Just wanna ask, is this like the cintiq pro that needs to connect in computer? Or is it like an ipad pro, you know, like a portable tablet function?
Yes, it must be connected to a computer, but I have discovered this isn't a bad thing. When I'm drawing, I'm settled in and stationary, so being connected to a computer isn't an issue for me. Plus, the cable is long enough to freely move the device around, so no issues if you prefer to lay it on your lap while kicked back in the recliner. Also, and most importantly, the display ONLY includes the technology & hardware designed to interact with the pen, meaning the device isn't cluttered up with all kinds of other bells & whistles that come with any computer or tablet with a built in OS. This also eliminates the need for it to continuously run heat fans to keep it cool. In summary, it just does what it does best - delivers a flawless drawing experience. I just bought the Huion Kamvas Pro 16, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Endless creativity at your fingertips.

I love the colors on this illustration. The tablet seems awesome, I did notice a little lag with the line as well but for the price and the size compared to the Huion tablet I want it seems very nice

This tablet vs the ipad which is better for drawing?
Papertoy Pi a tablet is explicitly for drawing so it would be better, but a iPad in really good too and you can do other things with it
The ipad is a great choice if you are just a non professional. You get a frawing device and a netflix machine. Id say the experience will be equaly good on both but this is a better device ffor pro apps and workflows

I just got this for Christmas, it does need a computer to plug into for power & the app. I personally love Autodesk Sketchbook. Great program that needs to be downloaded to your PC & it's free!
