Attach yourself and your content to a mission or theme Robbi. If it’s just between you and a colleague it feels personal. If you have a mission or goal and someone is not furthering it, it becomes pretty obvious they have to get fired. Then it’s not about you or them. Goal is this, you’re not helping me achieve it, so you’re out. Makes the lines a lot easier. Entrepreneurs experience a lot of turnover (especially if they’re empathetic) it’s like anything else more you do it easier it gets. Second thing is ship stuff as soon as it’s close enough (if it doesn’t embarrass you a little it to have shipped it was overdone). Clients will tell u what they don’t like. And you use that feedback to iterate and refine. If you do the refining ahead of time u don’t get the client feedback. If u think of it as a process rather than a presentation it gets easier. (PS congrats to ur brother 🍾)

Proud of you for realizing all of this and being open, it is so relatable, I've been spending so much time online trying to figure out how I can perfect everything in my life and then it's basically impossible to reach those expectations I set so then I just sit there and waste all my time obsessing over all of my flaws, then I only finally get up and get dressed at the last minute possible to not be late, so I then feel worse because I'm not caring for myself properly, I don't have time for makeup, hair, a thought out outfit, etc. becquse I've spent all of my time trying to solve all these "problems" and still don't have solutions. And my clothes keep getting tighter because I'm gaining muscle and not losing fat, so I decide I hate my body in anything I try to wear so no point to even try, it's all a lot of anxiety to carry, need to put that backpack down too and just take in life and the important things and just show up❤
Yes!!! I love it. Put that backpack down girl. I’ll do it with you. Trying to spend more time worrying about people in my world, than trying to live up to perfect images online. Trust me when I tell you, a lot of things we see are not as perfect as they look. ❤️
