How to Create Nice Coffee Shader Animation With Blender 2.9x

I was working with something completely different when I somehow stumbled again into this coffee thing and decided to do small tutorial. Hope you find it useful. :-)

On the Color Ramp if you click the down arrow between the minus button and the color mode (by default it should say RGB) the top option Color Flip will invert the colors on the color ramp.

The surface tension of water goes up on the sides, not down (concave meniscus)
