This standing stretch can help you feel more centered, energized and less "foggy". Great short standing practice I could do without bending my wrist too much 🥳 I was quite wobbly especially on the left leg so will repeat soon. One thing I've noticed that helps my tight chest area open up more and make long breaths a lot easier is you (new to me) cue to stretch the elbow up in the side bends! Eye-opening physical impact 🥰♥️🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Heck yea! That's awesome! I know exactly what you mean..that extra little attention to lifting the elbow makes a HUGE difference in the stretch. Thanks for sharing and picking up on that. 💛🌞 I LOVE aha moments!
