- I know that almost no people are looking at the Fuji x100VI for video. I actually think this camera is a real video beast!

Not sure if I should get this or the osmo pocket 3. I want to take photos but I really want to create cinematic vlogs of my time studying abroad in Japan. I’d also be visiting Korea so
Will watch this video later on as I was curious about its video capabilities, however I am saving my money for possible Sony RX2 or Leica DLUX 8 . .. some say those releases are coming this year. For point and shoot my RX 100 III still rocks superbly.
You might find those cameras easier to buy =)
Is there a usable crop mode without drop in quality, like in stills mode? Say a one on one read out of 12mp/true 4k, making the lens rougly a 75mm ff eq?
No there is not, the 6.2k is already a crop. The might have done a true crop in 4k and hd
But didn’t , you might as well shoot in 6.2k and the crop in post :)
I bought it for video. It's amazing on a gimbal.
I have not used it in a gimbal but I guess you shoot in 4k then for better rolling shutter
